Called about an issue and they refused to help me. Manager was not helpful or understanding. I called Allendale Berkshire bank and they gave the best customer service and helped with everything. Dont go to this branch, they Dont care.

I live on Elm street and this is the closest Berkshire bank to me, I can honestly say 3 times out of 4 the ATM is out of order. Seriously how difficult is it to get a new one or a tech?

Terrible service no one waits on the customers inside in line the main focus is on the drive thru sometimes I get christian he is prompt thanks for him!!!
