Employees are very helpful, and they carry Oxbow products, food, and treats which are superior for guinea pigs. I only support this store because it does not sell small animals, as opposed to Pet Supplies Plus and Petco.

Searched everywhere for Nutro puppy food and Benson’s was the only one with it. They also have so many great healthy treats/bones for dogs.

How much does being polite and customer service matter? I think it matters a fair amount since there's a significant amount of competition out there and they'd be glad to have me as a customer. Be mindful of the wise-ass cashier. He's no asset.

Staff is very knowledgeable, there super friendly. I love this store there the only ones who sell blue senior small breed around here. And you can earn a free bag of food. Also they have vets, and nail groomers come on different weekends. Everything for you and your fur babies needs.
