“I brought my Chevy truck in to get a minor dent from an accident fixed. They did this flawlessly, but then I noticed they went ahead and fixed my bumper which was dented significantly, but not part of the repair. They went above and beyond and returned a truck that looks brand new again. I’m not used to seeing this type of service and wanted to give a resounding well done to this shop!”
“9/24 I just bought a new Jetta at Volkswagen of Pittsfield and have to admit I was a bit apprehensive at first. Having purchased 6 new vehicles from Flynn's in the past, I was worried what the new dealership would be like. Happy to say I was pleasantly surprised and blown away by the smiles, helpfulness and professionalism. Once again, my brand specialist was Laura Lorance who went out of her way to find me a car with every feature I wanted, and was able to eliminate those I did not want. No request was too big, or too insignificant for Laura! As far as price, they gave me a very fair trade in on my car, and a very fair price on the Jetta. (after a bit of negotiation of course). To help me agree to a price, Chris came out with an offer for me to consider with absolutely no pressure. They accepted my counteroffer to my delight!
There is another manager by the name of Chris who was also exceedingly helpful and kind.......not what I was expecting from a multi dealership company. They certainly made a customer for life, and I would highly recommend Volkswagen of Pittsfield to anyone. Familiar faces from the past are still there, and the exceptional service advisor, Ethan, has already answered questions for me. So if you are looking for a new or used car, just see Laura......you won't regret it.

I got my first Audi in 1984 while I was living in Washington DC. I have loved Audi‘s ever since. Every three or four years. I would get a new one. It would always be an Audi 6 with
a black exterior with an all black interior. I think people thought I had the same black Audi for 20 years or longer,
About a year ago, I realized it was time for me to continue that routine of getting a new car every few years. While I was living in Washington DC, I bought a home here in the Berkshires. Eventually, after I retired, I moved to the Berkshires permanently. For the last 15 to 20 years, I purchased my Audis at Flynn’s dealership on Merrill Rd. in Pittsfield. Several friends of mine told me that Flynn had recently sold the dealership and it was now under new ownership and they were not pleased with the service provided by the new management. They suggested I go to Springfield or Albany. I put it off until after hearing that this dealership was building a new Audi showroom down the street from where I live. The convenience of the new facility minus a trip to Springfield was enough of an incentive for me to head over to the old Flynn dealership and see if my friends initial impressions were correct.
There I met Matt McDonough, one of the salesmen, and immediately knew I was dealing with someone of integrity and character … someone that I could trust completely in purchasing my new (and 12th) Audi at this “new dealership”. Everyone I met there were professionals who were friendlly and extremely patient. But it was Matt who stood out. He provided me with a comfort level I never experienced in all my years with Audi. His honesty, integrity and genuine concern allowed me the time to get the answers and thorough explanations to the many questions and concerns I had. I say this with absolute honesty, Matt provided me with the best service in my almost 40 years in dealing with Audi in Washington DC and here in the Berkshires!
Of course, I highly recommend him and the dealership he so competently represents!
