I’ve had two packages sent back to the sender even though they were marked available for pickup. This is incredible. I have a PO Box and yet whoever is managing the location continues to simply send my deliveries back. I’m out nearly $200 worth of shipped items because of this.

We are constantly getting our neighbors mail in our mailbox and not receiving our mail. We've had several pieces of mail go missing. And we also continue to get mail for a past resident that we asked the post office NOT to put in our mailbox.

How do you expect anyone to pick up a package between 10am-2pm? Most work hours are 2-4 hours before and after that.
