I couldnt say enough amazing things about Travis and Petersham Pump Co... he is truly gifted. We have a difficult well situation (iron) and he spent the whole day diagnosing and addressing each issue as it became known. He had everything in stock and measured out the right fix for our family. I have not known many professionals like him. We have water again because of his diligence. Thank you!

We were totally without water on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. We called Travis on Monday morning and he came right over. Diagnosed, we needed a new pump. (Not surprised as it was 50 years old)! He worked all day to put all new parts in. Would recommend him to everyone. Patient and thorough. Will definitely use him again, if needed.

Called Travis to report problem with water filtration and filter resulting in water having to be shut off. He postponed an appt, and was at our house within half hour. Problem resolved and water back on in no time. Very personable and professional, highly recommended for all related projects and service.

Travis was very easy to work with regarding the removal and replacement of our 1995 well pump and pressure tank. His attention to detail and knowledge was very apparent during his time at our home in Barre. He answered all of my questions and even texted me after he was done to give me more information on our new water system. Travis was terrific. Came out the same day we discovered my water pressure tank was gone. Took care of the problem and even troubleshot a couple other issues I was having. He didn’t leave until he knew all was well. Thank you so much for your fastidiousness and dedication to your trade!

Called Travis during our current drought when the well shut down at 8 am, by 11 am he had fiund a few bad switches in the house and its pumping water once again!!Wow!! 3 hours later, great service!!
