They have her medicine every time I call to refill it, and they are not overpriced. The prices for everything are very reasonable and worth every penny. “Last night I had to bring my dog to AMC in Nashua . I was extremely impressed by this place ! The facility is very clean and well kept . I was greeted by a woman at the front deck that was very nice and helpful. She even gave me a cup of tea out of her own stuff to make me feel more comfortable. I was brought into a room where I meet the vet tech along with the doctor. They were kind, understanding.and easy to talk to . The doctor( Dr Mackenzie ) took a lot of time explaining things to me with a lot of compassion. I would ? percent recommend this place! Thank you for taking such good care of Bailey.”

“While visiting in the Groton area, my almost 16 year young pup developed a UTI (urinary tract infection). It's not generally an emergency condition, but in a senior dog, it could progress quickly. I'd called several veterinary offices in the area, but none could see us for a few days because we weren't pre-registered clients.When I called Veterinary Health Care of Groton, they were willing to fit us in that afternoon. I can't say enough good things about all of the staff. I was concerned that my pup would be uncomfortable on the hard floor & suddenly, a fleece blanket appeared for her! Dr. Thomas & her staff handled my pup gently & were very attentive to me & respectful of my concerns. I believe we received wonderful service for the cost of the visit,especially for a last-minute appointment.I had explained that we were just visiting in the area, but we were treated like long-term, valued clients. If you need veterinary care in Groton, I'd definitely consider this office!”

He used to quiver in fear in the corner just for a check-up, and Littleton Animal Hospital has helped transform him to be comfortable and actively participate in cooperative care.Myself and my pets have been patrons here since 2012, and they have been nothing but respectful, communicative, and thoughtful throughout every interaction. “Dr Baran is very skilled and compassionate. Our very distrustful kitty was so calm and relaxed with him and allowed him to examine her with complete trust. He diagnosed her and treated her and her infection cleared up very quickly. I am eternally grateful. We thought we were going to lose her and we are so relieved.”

“I cannot share enough positive things about Nashua Pet Care Clinic. I was skeptical upon my first visit, as NPCC is situated in a strip mall, next to a Subway and a nail salon. But I was quick to judge a book by its cover. Everyone in the office knows my dog. They ask about him with genuine interest. His acute and chronic needs are treated with urgency and thoughtfulness. His behavioral needs (he's reactive) are graciously accommodated. At most visits, the veterinarian and vet tech sit on the floor because he's more comfortable there than on the table. I've interacted with most, if not all, of the staff at NPCC and they're all equally warm, genuine, animal-loving people. And wonderfully, they don't talk about payment (unless we're discussing the cost-related tradeoffs of different treatment options) until it's time to check out. In fact, the last two visits have ended with my dog getting a surprise toy, just because.For more context:I've taken my dog to numerous veterinarians in the area, and all seemed to care about payment more than anything (they should care about payment as they're for-profit businesses, but I shouldn't feel this so overtly as a customer). I always felt like my dog was a commodity at these other vets. “I’ve been coming to this practice for about 3 years now, first with my cat then with my English bulldog. We’ve seen both Dr. Mockler and Dr. Roe and both were absolutely fantastic. My bulldog is a frequent flyer and they always take amazing care of her! They answered all my questions and were always super responsive to any of my concerns regarding my pets health. The front desk staff is super friendly, accommodating, and pleasant as well. We just moved out of the area and are so sad to leave this practice but I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the area!!!”

“I took my 2 year old bully to get his ears checked for an ear infection and some allergies... EVERYONE in the team was sooo awesome and caring of my love bug. My bully seems scary at first but they soon found out how sweet he really is he is feeling so much better already and he was just seeing on 1/5/24. I recommend this place 10/10. They were so caring and super knowledgeable. My dog came out of there with cheese on his nose hahah ?, they loved him back there. Thank you guys! ”

“I am an actual client of Harvard Family Pet Clinic and have been for 2 years. I can say that the misinformation being posted about Dr. Koretsky couldn’t be farther from the truth, and that the people leaving negative comments have not ever been to this clinic, nor do they even live in the same state.I came on here to share my input as Dr. K is not only my veterinarian but she has become my friend in the 2 years that I have been her client, and it is hurtful to see people spreading lies about her and her business. Dr. Koretsky is an advocate for all animals, including service animals being used correctly. Since leaving my original review (below), I have adopted a second kitten and continue to go to Harvard Family Pet. In the years that I have known her, she has been nothing but a fantastic veterinarian, and I would not go anywhere else. The comments from my original review remain, and I also want to add that Dr. K takes the time on her days off to help me when I need assistance or have questions. I don’t know of anyone who has a veterinarian that they can contact on a day off and/or over the weekend, and get a fast response. I would give her 100/5 stars if I could!! She has done countless things outside of her normal business hours to ensure my pets are receiving the best care, and that is the type of person she actually is. I hope that anyone reading negative comments about the clinic will not let that deter them from choosing this clinic for their pets, and will listen to an actual client. My pets are literally my children and I would not trust anyone else with them. My cats are both healthy and thriving.My original review is below:I adopted my first kitten almost a year and a half ago, and chose this pet clinic because I was looking for a smaller practice. As a first-time cat mom, I had a million questions at the beginning, and still continue to have ongoing questions about the best way to care for my cat. He is my baby, and I always want to make sure I am doing the very best for him. Dr. K and Kayla have always been super helpful and patient with me. They always take the time to explain anything and everything to me, whether it is in-person, via email, or over the phone. I am experiencing a lot of things for the first time, so I like that they don't make me feel silly for asking questions, and are always available to make recommendations. I never feel rushed during appointments, as they take the necessary time to provide care and make sure any questions are explained. A few months back, I had an emergency with my cat and they were available to answer my questions after-hours, got me scheduled first thing the following morning, provided an emergency room referral, followed-up with the emergency vet, and handled my pet insurance claim (immediately). I am very happy with this pet clinic, and I feel that I would not get the same level of care at a larger facility. They are very prompt with getting back to me whenever needed, flexible with scheduling appointments, and have very fair prices. I trust them completely with the care for my baby, and I highly recommend this vet clinic!”

“Have to say, never saw neck pillows for pups of all sizes. Super awesome for them to use instead of cones. This place is classy with an amazing staff who really took time and patience with my two pups.Not going to lie, it is expensive but worth it for the treatment and location. Kudos to Dr. Diaz and the team. Great practice.”

“Everyone at Banfield Merrimack is patient and knowledgeable. Everyone. The doctor took 10 minutes to discuss puppy food and first-time grooming tips with me. The administrative staff went above and beyond to call others for paperwork. I will be forever grateful for their graceful and kind guidance in the passing of my elderly dog recently. I can't imagine a better vet experience. This place is the real thing, professional, kind, thorough, and local.”

“I like this Animal Hospital as I think Dr. John Bednarz is outstanding. However, I do not trust Dr. Shannon as she disputes his recommendations. I am still waiting for my Sentinel to be approved for Annie Reed and nothing yet. He ordered Credelio and she disputed it. The emergency vet area is good as long as good docs on duty. Get Dr. Williams back. Excellent too and very compassionate.”
