Very nasty customer service lady. Called about propane and she made it so difficult and acted like they didn’t want any customers. I don’t know why they advertise propane when they don’t want new customers. AVOID!!

This company did what 3 other companies would not and could not. Got my old heater going again. I called several others and I think I heard just about every excuse in the book. We all know it when we hear it. In December after chasing other options I finally found a full service company to take on the big task. This one. They did fantastic. We collaboratively came up with a plan to resurrect the old system. They were positive the whole time. They responded quickly and was able to line up very skillful workers. Some bumps in the road later, as old unresolved issues arise. Again they quickly lined up workers with my added requests. Old quirky issues worked on. I am grateful for finding knowledgeable, dedicated and efficient people that made this large task not cumbersome. They are always a joy to talk to. Of course I would highly recommend them. I am glad for their patience.

During Our Feb 3-5 - Thursday to Sunday- below zero cold snap caught me off guard with life whizzing around me. We have a very old house -1859-that is newly insulated. When I calculated out 45 days from the last delivery burning 5 gallons a day without insulation I figured we had used 225 gallons and we're nearly empty- if this was correct we wouldn't make it through our below zero weekend without running out if oil. I called spoke to Lindsay Friday morning and she was able to get me a delivery by that afternoon! I was totally relieved and grateful to hear this. I only had 173 gallons delivered! I guess the insulation is working! I am very grateful and a 1000 lbs of stress is taken from my shoulders knowing that I won't run out of oil this weekend which would cause a nightmare of burst pipes, and no heat or got water. Beware they take cash away from your pre-purchase if you don't use it so read the fine print and don't agree to it. It seems managment decisions rests on one person's shoulder and he is not client friendly. Have not used them again.

Just watched one of there oil trucks run 2 red lights then jump accross 3 lanes to get on route 2 west in Leominster. Narrowly missing my vehicle and some how avoiding a multi vehicle collision. Multiple vehicles were beeping. I was shocked someone would take chances like that on the road hauling hazardous flammable liquid. I mean the name of the company is on the back of the truck. This guy is a liability waiting to happen.

I called Shattuck Oil this morning when I woke up to no heat and hot water. The lady that answered my call was very professional and had Charlie over to my house within about 1 hour. He was very professional, pleasant, and diagnosed the issue within a matter of minutes. He had me up and running very quickly. I highly recommend this company. I cant ever recall having such prompt service for my boiler and heating issues in the past. David West Townsend, Mass
