“Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They special ordered a pet bed for us in a size not in their inventory and then called us when it arrived. Store is fully stocked inside and out with many options of most categories.”
“I'm a senior and so is my pup. She is 15 years old and my world. I want her last years to be the best possible, which includes getting her the food that will keep her happy and healthy.
Their website has issues but the store is willing to work with you to resolve any issues caused by website issues. Every staff member I've spoke to has been very helpful, professional, kind, and tolerant of my meltdowns when I'm having trouble ordering online.
Transportation is oftentimes an issue so I REALLY appreciate the free delivery with a minimum of $35.00+ after coupons, rewards, and discounts. I find it very easy to exceed the minimum, as my girl is my priority and I make sure she is well stocked with food, treats, and suppliments.

“Shop Local. This is amazing place to get lots of animal needs. Also I have been able to order obscure items not on shelves and they were happy to do so. I usually end up going home with animals and more than my list and my husband tried to ban me from going. Lol the staff know it and laugh along with us making it very small town personalized experience. Sure beats any box store place and their prices are extremely comparable”

We have some stores with limited bird supplies in the area, but this store is absolutely amazing with the variety of options in foods and toys. We had come to add to our flock at home, and went home with a very sweet female budgie and some new foods for our flock to try. Will definitely make the drive again.”
“Recently bought our little Shiffon (Brussels Griffon/ Shitzu mix) pup here! The team in this location was so helpful, welcoming, friendly, and professional! After purchasing our pup, they called us a few days afterwards to make sure everything was going well. I’ve had family members but most of their dogs from here. Never had an issue and dogs lived a very long time. Highly recommend this location! Will definitely buy our pups next sibling from here for sure!”

“What a wonderful experience?! I met Sandy through a mutual friend. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and invited. These cats are truly part of a family from the very beginning. They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. Her cats are warm, social and beautiful, they greeted me and gave me kisses the moment I sat down. Sandy definitely has a love for the breed and life itself. Thank you, the world needs more Sandy’s.”
