The doctors, veterinary technicians and front desk staff are exceptional. They're highly accommodating with scheduling and naturally great with my dog, Ricky. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a warm, friendly country vibe. Most importantly, the medical care for my pet is outstanding.

We have been bringing our pets to Pepperell veterinary for 20 years now. For the most part, their doctors are good, compassionate, and make my pets feel at ease. However, I have always experienced long hold times when calling on the phone and long wait times when I bring my pet to be seen. Often waiting 25 to 30 minutes in the waiting room before even being seen. But the ONE time in those 20 years that I was late, they canceled my appointment and wouldn't allow me to bring my dog in. They wanted me to reschedule, knowing they wouldn't have an appointment for at least a week, which is not helpful when I already had to wait for two weeks for this appointment and there is something going on with my dog. I am giving them two stars only for the fact that I liked their vets and vet techs, otherwise I would have given them 1 star.

Left this vet after multiple terrible experiences with a vet tech. Messaged the practice to let them know, and it was never even acknowledged. For as much as they charge you’d except much better service. Giving 2 stars because they can fit you in quickly, but you’ll just get mediocre to terrible care.
After mentioning to the vet tech that my dog was seemingly anxious lately/licking his leg raw, I was worried that maybe he was experiencing pain or something was wrong. The vet tech said “you should try playing frisbee with him” and then tried to sell me on a trainer that has just visited the practice. My dog gets a ton of exercise, along with his physical movement he gets a lot of mental stimulation with puzzle and enrichment toys. Suggesting frisbee doesn’t relate to the current concerns.
He’s also a nervous boy at the vet, but not at all aggressive. She practically dragged him out of the exam room to give him his shots in the back hallway because “she needed the doctors help” (why the vet couldn’t quickly come in the exam room is beyond me). I had to sit helpless while I heard him crying. Unbelievable.

We cannot adequately express our gratitude to Pepperell Veterinary Hospital for their exceptional service. From the compassionate front desk staff to the dedicated technicians and Dr. Berkowitz, their professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness surpassed our expectations.
In a time of urgent need for our beloved cat, other vet hospitals were either fully booked or not accepting new patients. Despite Pepperell Veterinary Hospital's busy schedule, their understanding front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Berkowitz, whose compassion, timely diagnosis, and ongoing communication provided immense peace of mind. We trusted her expertise in making the best medical decisions for our cat.
Saying goodbye to our cat was an incredibly tough choice, but the respect and care provided at Pepperell Veterinary Hospital brought us comfort. We are deeply grateful for their assistance during this challenging period, helping us navigate through a difficult time with utmost care and understanding.

We love our Doctor Boyce. She is fabulous and we would not think of bringing our puppies anyplace else. Her Vet tech is amazing as well.we love both of them.
