Pepperell Family Pharmacy is a family-run business that provides a supremely better experience than large chain pharmacies. The service is amazing, with prescriptions filled promptly and no long lines. The staff is always friendly, helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Courtesy and caring are the top priority. They go out of their way to contact physicians for authorizations, order products for customers, and have even been known to front a few days of medicine. Several vaccines are offered there. The pharmacy is highly recommended, with customers continuing to drive from several towns away. The occasional wait is to be expected, but the prices are awesome and medications are reliably in stock. It is considered the best pharmacy around.
We were customers of Hollis Pharmacy who got bumped to Walgreens when Hollis Pharmacy closed. We were encouraged by friends to try Pepperell Family Pharmacy. So glad we listened. We have only had one prescription filled by PFP and it is already a supremely better experience than Walgreens. Highly recommend.

I changed to Pepperell Family Pharmacy 6 months ago, from a big chain pharmacy. The service at this family run business is amazing. Prescriptions are filled promptly. No long lines to wait in. Everyone is pleasant and it has never been crowded when I've been there. Vaccines are available there too.
