We recently used McGaffigan Funeral Home and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received! We initially spoke with Jack- who was terrific- and then in person with Michael. I can't begin to say how fabulous Michael was- he took care of all the details perfectly, with follow up communication always done in prompt fashion, kind and helpful direction and so much knowledge and experience. He put us completely at ease during a tough time and took care of so many things for us that we had no idea how to deal with. Michael also performed the graveside service and again he was spot on. We feel so fortunate to have used McGaffigan's and we would give them the highest recommendation. Thank you Michael! Your the best!

Michael, THANK YOU. THANK YOU for the professional support, respect, and dignity you provided me and my family for my Mother’s funeral. THANK YOU for the sympathetic compassion and grace you showed on our first visit. THANK YOU for the caring consideration and integrity when addressing the services Mom wanted. THANK YOU for the smooth collaboration with details of her final wishes. THANK YOU for the help and thoughtfulness that went into the planning the arrangements. THANK YOU for the peacefulness and loveliness of the ceremony. THANK YOU for the gentleness and empathic attention you gave to everyone grieving. THANK YOU for the kindheartedness during a highly sensitive time. THANK YOU for the emotional comfort and ease you provided all of us throughout the whole process. And of course, our Mom would want to THANK YOU too.

McGaffigan Funeral Home was wonderful to work with. Michael was very attentive and detail-oriented when arranging a recent service for one of our parishioners. He communicated and coordinated very well throughout the planning process, and the whole team that came was professional and courteous on the morning of the service. I highly recommend them.

After my Father-in-Law passed away we went and spoke with Jack about our options...He spent an amazing amount of time with us going over everything we needed to know. Despite the situation we couldn't be happier with Jack's compassion and understanding for what we were going through, it made a tough time much easier. Plus the Funeral Home itself is absolutely the nicest facility you'll find.

I had the pleasure of meeting directly with the owner and his son recently. It was enlightening to see how a family-owned funeral home can really make you feel at home. They were extremely kind and caring which is rare to find nowadays. The small touches, such as ensuring I had sanitizer readily available, really made my day. The building itself exudes peace and is complimented by natural sunlight in the chapel. It’s a blessing to know that people like them will be there when you need them during the hardest trials of your life. Thank you again Jack and Michael! You both provide essential care to your community.

My family has used McGaffigan Funeral Home for years. Recently our Father passed away and we met with Jack(the owner) to make sure we wanted to have his service there. He made us feel so comfortable and walked us through every step. He is a fun and loving person and his demeanor put us at ease during a very difficult time. My siblings and I have never suffered a passing of a loved one in the immediate family and I had recently moved to the Pepperell area. I didn't really know where to start looking in regards for my father's funeral so I reached out to the McGaffigan Funeral Home and my family and I are more than satisfied that we did. Jack, the owner and director, and Michael, his son, are two of the best people you will ever meet. They were extremely compassionate, understanding and kind. They knew how to treat a grieving family and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was very well taken care of and that we as the family felt at ease. Words cannot express how you feel with the sudden passing of a loved one. At times like these you desire kindness, understanding, compassion and empathy. Thank you so much Jack and Michael.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to McGaffigan Funeral Home. My mother’s funeral plans were complicated – as she was to be transported from Massachusetts to Long Island, New York. Everything was handled very professionally and compassionately. My mother had had a debilitating illness for the past 7 years; however Jack made her look so beautiful, refreshed, and at peace. We were able to have an open casket, when that had been in doubt. He transported her down to Long Island. What a gift he is. He took away all the worry, and allowed my siblings and me to not worry about all the details.
I highly recommend Jack and his team. As a business owner, I have seen very few deliver such impeccable customer service and care.
