I started going here when another local big chain pharma gave me someone else's prescription. Always happy with their friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness. They gave me free COVid test kits when I did not know I was eligible They replaced some syringes that were too big. They provided my COVid booster. Stand up place all around And I love the Pug and Frenchie!

The owner, Tracy is so kind, sincere, and passionate. She truly cares about every person who walks through her door. There are days when I will see her speaking with one customer after another, while also doing her job. I could go on and on, but the fact is there is NO other place like it....Why? Because there's only 1 Tracy;) She is Rare

I have known Tracy since she was a little girl and was my neighbor in Maine. I remember going into her grandfathers pharmacy and she was there right beside him. She would wrap you purchases with brown paper tied up with string from a big spool. She learned from the best and her grandfather would be so proud but being from Maine one does go above and beyond. It's how we were taught in order to achieve and Tracy has done that to the extreme which is why I'm proud to call her my friend as I'm sure many of her customers can say the same.

My elderly parents needed medicine and test strips and the other pharmacy in town told them to just go online and pick out what they need. Pepperell Family Pharmacy had them bring their tester to the parking lot and they came out to the parking lot and helped them! Kudos to them!
