53 Main St, Pepperell“I went to the store in Littleton MA for some advice on a sculpture base I was making. Jim, who was helping me with this project, offered a solution that was both practical and cost-effective. His expert direction helped me produced the desired outcome that I was looking for. This will be my go to hardware store now even if it's a little bit further than the one I normally go to.”
“A mom and pop hardware store that has everything you need. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. This place is my one so shop, and way better than the massive big box store.”
7:30AM - 5:30PM
129 W Pearl St, Nashua“Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks. This is a true statement especially for this location. I came in need of a nut for my bike. Just before they closed *unintentionally just before they closed* and the employee took time and Care in helping me identify the exact nut I would need.
They went above and beyond and were full of knowledge and information.
Really kinda reminded me of my Dad showing me projects he was doing and figuring out what we needed. So it was cool. A great experience. Off the chain rating. Thanks Ace!”
“Great selection at fair prices also outstanding customer service from the entire staff. Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. If you're in need of any landscape supplies shop at Powell's!”
8AM - 6PM
61 Park St, Ayer“Everyone is so helpful and willing to help me figure out and locate exactly what I need to complete my projects. I also like visiting with Oreo during my visits.”
“Extremely helpful staff. I walked in with the intent to purchase a tool box to replace my 15 year old craftsman I have outgrown. I walked in and made eye contact with an associate walking away down another aisle and he stopped immediately and asked “hello, can I help you with something”. I explained the base and top chest I was after and within a minute or two he and another woman had them loaded on carts and brought them to the register. I was out in under 10 minutes. It was a great experience and will keep me coming back. Thank you !
I am extremely happy with the value and quality of the product.”
“Concord/Littleton lumber has improved over the years and is continuing to do so. They always stock what I need, and answer any questions I might have on a project. All the employees including yard workers are quick to help those who need it.”
7:30AM - 5:30PM
143 Main St, Groton“At my previous visit to the store, I noticed they now offer knife sharpening. Today, I took all of my knives of various sizes to have Ace sharpen them. They did a marvellous job. After testing each of them at home, they are sharper than every, like new. I recommend this service, and the store generally, where everyone seems helpful, but not overly so. Love going here.”
“Best customer service I've ever had at any store. Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !”
“Great service! They got my Stihl backpack blower running as good as new. Mechanic is awesome and the owners were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend them for any outdoor power equipment.”

12 Coliseum Ave, Nashua“I'm at the Home Depot store in Nashua all the time and the service there is awesome. Want to say that Kyle and Darren have been so helpful with my lumber cuts, Nicolai was great helping me find the paints, stains and brushes I needed and Ben's customer service help with a lumber issue was much appreciated.”
8AM - 6PM
10 Elm St, Townsend“I lived in Townsend for 30 years and Apple Meadow was always my go to place to anything DIY. Sam and staff are fantastic and always helpful. I moved away from the area several years ago and have struggled to find such a helpful and friendly place to go for my home and garden needs.”
8AM - 6PM
58 Broad St, Hollis“Knowledgeable staff and they have an extremely broad selection of almost any hardware, handy widget, or routine item for local agriculture. Grain, springs, hay and mulch, chicks, dog food, seedlings, pitchforks, pliers, horse blankets, goat fencing, watering pails.
Extremely helpful place, I visit every week.”
“Dropped off a couple boxes for shipping via UPS. It was quick and easy. Years ago I purchased most of the lumber and hardware for my house here. Great customer service!”
“Masi Plumbing deserves 5 stars. I called them with a broken grey water pipe. They came out promptly to fix it in just two days. The plumber was knowledgeable and did quality work at a fair price. I appreciate their fast, accurate service. Masi Plumbing is reliable and highly recommended.”
“Normally wouldn't bother to review a chain store but everyone at this Lowe's is so helpful i thought i should compliment them and their managers. I drive an extra 3 miles to get to this store. Keep up the good work.”
6AM - 9PM
721 Milford Rd, Merrimack“Largest HD in the area. How do I know? I asked HD Head Office. Don’t judge, some people go to Disney I go to hardware stores when visiting a new area. They all have kinda the same base items, but often you can find regional gems…and it beats going to the outlets ;)”
“The customer service at the Home Depot is excellent (despite the fact that they are understaffed like all the stores are nowadays). I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”

“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”

721 Milford Rd, Merrimack“I disagree with the first few posts in regards to staff... not sure who they are referring to but the staff are amazing.... they always say hello (at least the cashiers in the front do) and offer help. I know the customer service desk can be a little stuffy but we don't spend much time there so I cannot say much more. We always get impeccable service from Sheila the cashier and her manager Tracy... they always help us and are super friendly. Will for sure continue to shop here and I will never step foot into Lowes... now they have the unfriendly staff....”

143 Daniel Webster Hwy, Nashua“Feel like I use their online order pickup feature just about every other day. Very good in-person shopping experience, exactly what you expect from the chain. Wish they'd carry more 5gal Primo water refill/swaps as they're frequently out on the weekends - seem to be a fairly high demand item around here.”

Stepping into the store is like entering a magical realm where every nook and cranny is filled with gadgets, gizmos, and thingamajigs that can fix, enhance, or magically transform your home. The staff at Lorden True Value are so helpful, they could probably guide you through building a rocket ship if you asked nicely. They’ve got your back every step of the way, explaining things in a way that even a home improvement novice can understand. It’s as if they have a sixth sense for your DIY needs, offering guidance, encouragement, and sometimes a gentle nudge in the right direction (because let’s face it, we all get lost in the labyrinth of hardware choices). Whether you’re a seasoned DIYer or someone who just learned that a Phillips screwdriver isn’t a cocktail, Lorden True Value Hardware is your go-to destination for all things home improvement, sprinkled with a healthy dose of humor and unparalleled customer service.”
