“I have been using Pepperell Auto Parts as my go-to main parts suppliers since 1999. Anytime I have been working in a shop near Pepperell Ma, 11 years in all combined total! I suggest talking to Steve when possible, he is who runs the store, and is almost always there. Generally he knows exactly what part Im looking for, better than I do, all without 20 questions and all the drama. When its a specific rare part if they don't have something in stock, they will get it within a couple hours generally. Wear and tear parts (brake,chassis,ect.) in particular somehow often costs less here than National Brand parts store's in Nashua's N.H., even though it may seem hard to believe!”

Wilson was able to order me a part that cost half of what the dealership was going to charge me….. and it got here IN ONE DAY. “This is my mechanic of choice. They have better prices than the chains like Auto Clinic nearby, and they know you and your car. I called them recently when my brakes kind of stopped working, and he asked “is this the car that comes in with the low mileage?” So he knew my car and then proceeded to correctly diagnose that my brake line was leaking by asking a couple questions about how it felt when I stepped on the brake pedal. Always great service, and they even found serious rust on the frame that is common on Chevy Equinox LT that had to go to a heavy duty body shop for. We feel safe with them and take all our vehicles here!”

“Jason is as down to earth as they come. I live a mile or so up the road from the shop and needed engine work - he explained to me what I needed now, what I may need down the line, and what to avoid, while looking for quotes for repairs (all at a very reasonable rate). I gave him the job, he then offered to pick me up to retrieve my car(!!!!!!!) once the job was done. All while saving money vs going to his competition. He is a unicorn in the industry and I cannot recommend him enough. Giving your automotive business elsewhere in the area is doing yourself a disservice.”
