If I could leave a 0 I would! This pharmacy handles my elderly sick father's prescriptions as well as my own. The women pharmacist is always argumentive, it's either not in stock, which means she's not ordering before hand even though we've been going there for 10 years, or she just won't fill the prescription even when it is due. Multiple times we've been told our prescriptions will be filled on a certain day and when we go to pick them up she will say no I'll fill it tomorrow or another day. For both of us, all of our prescriptions were due on the same day, but because of this pharmacist they're all on different days throughout the entire month! They sit there and don't acknowledge you for long periods of time, and then just make it harder for people to pick up their medications. I feel like it's one women pharmacist in particular and she just has an attitude and God complex, a few of the medicine my elderly sick father takes are life saving, and all important and she won't fill them or have ordered them ahead of time. I am changing to another pharmacy because of this. I don't understand it

Do not use this pharmacy, the new pharmacist think's she above a doctor, they made a mistake and put my prescriptions for 3 different days, and she won't sync them back up when I am disabled and my sick, elderly father has to pick them up. My Dad also synced his with mine, but now she won't fix the pharmacy screw up! So tons of wasted gas, time, and the fact that my Dad is on dialysis and has trouble going to the pharmacy 3 times in a week! How is that a pharmacy who helps their customers? It's not! Switching them for next month! Which also means we will not be shopping at Stop and Shop either since there's a Shaw's right near the other pharmacy that is closer to our home.

Don’t bother - they don’t answer their phone.

I've been going here for years but I'm finally done. Had to wait for 10 minutes while the 2 pharmacists took multiple calls before helping me. I get finishing a call before helping me but when there's 2 people working you shouldn't finish one call then take another when there's now 3 people waiting in line for medication. An elderly woman behind me said "What the hell is going on?" I told her "I don't know, they're just taking phone calls." Then I was told by the pharmacist never got off the phone "It's kind of hard to help you when there's only 2 of us and 3 phones." Maybe they should hire a receptionist then? Then after finally getting around to helping me the pharmacist rubbed her hands all over her face before putting my meds in the bag which is just astounding to see from a healthcare professional right now. So happy my prescriptions are getting filled at CVS from now on.
