I went in to buy a couple pairs of shoes. I told the girl what I wanted and she pointed toward the back of the store. After looking around for a while, I asked her again where the "Afterburn M. Fit" was. She said she needed the stock number. I asked her if she couldn't look up Afterburn M. Fit to find it. She said, "No." So it's back to Amazon. I'd rather give the money to the local B&M, but if they don't want my business...

The overweight lady was very rude to me when I asked her kindly about a pair of shoes she didn’t help me at all and went into the back room I was in the store for 15-20 mins and she never returned she was sitting on her phone before I approached her terrible service

Spoke with a sales rep asking about an exchange program for people who need only one- shoe/boot/sandle/slipper.I don't have a right foot, someone out there may not have a left foot so allow me to get that left foot shoe and they the right foot shoe at reduced price. I've been a Skechers wearer a long time before becoming an amputee cuz they are just plain comfortable footwear. Thank you in advance for your consideration about this.
