The worst gas station to get in and out of. If one or more car is queued you cant get by. Pumps are also very slow.

Gas station TV speakers are offensively loud. Have to walk away from pumps while filling to avoid hearing damage

Why some people are leaving reviews about oil changes for this gas station is confusing to say the least, since they do NOT do any oil changes here. This Shell gas station is located near the Pembroke route 3 exit. The prices aren't too bad but that's because a gas station across the street lowered their prices so this station did the same. Not as cheap but close enough. Pluses are the station is open 24 hours a day and has a Mary Lou's Coffee (not open 24 hours) . They also have some pre-made sandwiches and the usual munchies you expect a station like this to have. They have a pour it yourself soda machine and they have two bathrooms that are constantly stocked and kept clean. The clerks are friendly but the biggest issue here is the EBT Machine barely works. It's 2022 how do you not have a working functional EBT machine? While it's easy enough to get into the gas station getting out can be an adventure as route 139 is loaded with uncourteous drivers that Massachusetts is famous for I believe they're call Massholes. So if you're trying to make a left out of the gas station it can take awhile during heavy traffic times. You also have to deal with boatloads of people who run red lights since LE no longer enforces that law. Summary: This gas station would be a slam dunk must go to if they didn't have issues with the EBT machine which slows the line down considerably. So if you're planning on getting food with your EBT card then this is not the place for you. Sorry to say. I took two stars off for the EBT card problems because it really causes the line to slow down. In the year 2022 and almost into 2023 this kind of petty problem should not exist with modern technology that is available.

a little tricky maneuvering at this busy shell with half the service area blocked off by the painting detail. (watched the guy repainting light poles right over the dirt, no surface prep--screeeeeeech. like fingernails on a blackboard.) so, long wait time but live entertainment. diesel is 5.99/ here, regular 4.53/, which seems like a good deal. sorta. signs of the times.

I don't know why it costs me $55 to fill up elsewheres, but it costs me $63 to fill up here every time with a full tank of gas. Most importantly, here the showing price is the cheapest, but I think it is the most expensive.I am very good at math, so do not cheat me.

Brought our car in for a routine oil change ($75). Next morning I came out to the car and oil was all over the driveway. We checked the oil dip stick and it was completely empty! We contacted Shell and they did come out to the house to look at it (the only reason I even gave one star) Turns out our oil pan was cracked-COINCIDENTALLY the morning after they changed our oil. We have NEVER had a problem with leaking oil (the car has been running great). They would not take full responsibility and after the unfortunate back and forth, their oh so kind "discount" and an offer for a free future oil change (are we nuts??)-it wound up costing us $400. We will NEVER-I repeat NEVER-return to this station. I am heartbroken the Kantarowski's no longer own it. That was quality service that no longer is at this station.

No wait at the pump, pay at the pump and get a receipt.

Slow service in the morning, it takes up so much time in the morning that I find it easier to just pay .15 more in gas, and go across the street to Mobile to have faster service so I can get on my way to work, and before any heavy traffic starts forming. Only benefit here is cheaper gas for being next to the highway.

The older guy who works here is so inattentive. Multiple occasions you are caught waiting for him to authorize the pump from the inside. And also when multiple people are standing in line he is walking around the store fixing shelfs.. when they're 4-5 people in line waiting. Several of my friends have experienced this with him as well. It can be very frustrating when you are in a rush on a busy work day morning.
