Pembroke Animal Hospital is one of the most pleasant surprises i have had in quite some time. Dr Crowley and staff are intelligent, straight forward, respectful, polite and wonderful. I am so pleased.

I have had 3 pets cared for here since 2018. They've all passed. I have a new rescued cat who has a skin problem with itching that has removed his hair in patches and he has a swollen eye. I called to make an appointment yesterday, for today hopefully, but they wouldn't book an appointment for a new cat without receiving an electronic copy of his medical record, or a personal drop off of the documents. I had trouble uploading to their website and the internet is a widespread mess yesterday and today so I asked if I could book an appointment today and bring them with me. Nope. No scheduling without a record in their hands! I'm so appalled and frustrated with their policy that I am switching to a different vet. I'm tired of having to go through hoops to get service!

It has been a year since I had to let my soul dog go. I finally am able to share my experience with Pembroke Animal Hospital. My dog was suffering and couldn't move and I knew it was time to end her pain. My vet was unavailable and I couldn"t get an appointment for weeks. I called Pembroke and they took us in even though my dog wasn't a patient there. Dr. Rockwood is amazing. She was so compassionate and kind throughout the ordeal. She was so gentle with my girl and helped us through the terrible experience with such grace. I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend the hospital. When it's time to get another rescue dog I will definitely being going there. Thank you Dr. Ashlee Rockwood.❤️

I have been bringing my personal dogs to PAH for several years now. I also run a local dog rescue and the care that each dog receives is top notch. Even our scared dogs who need a little more patience, is taken very well care of with compassion. Such knowledgeable and caring personable staff. We are grateful for the team here, especially the knowledge that Dr. T provides.
