I can not recommend this group of trainers enough. We have done many classes with them and have been impressed with the classes and results every single time.

Could not recommend highly enough. We've put Winston and Taylor in group classes (curbing adolescence) and private at-home training. Victoria and the whole staff are personally invested in the success of our dogs, and we noticed huge changes in their behavior very quickly. The detailed notes sent after each class are very helpful, and the dogs love the sessions!

Excellent training experience. We are experienced dog owners who got a mini Australian Shepherd puppy. Adorable, smart and we soon found out, a resource guarder. Which means he would snap at people, even me, if you tried to take something away from him.Random, weird things, not food or toys. His reactions were unpredictable. I was afraid he would either eat something harmful or hurt someone. My vet recommended Pawsitively Obedient in Pembroke MA. Karen and Victoria have been to my home 4 times over the past few months and my Remy is so much better for it. Canine behavior training is as much about training us as owners to interpret and understand the dog as it is changing their behavior. We spent our time engaging in Remys own environment, reenacting scenarios that prompted poor behavior. I feel so much more confident now, and Remy is more predictable and much happier. I strongly recommend Karen and Pawsitively Obedient, and encourage dog owners to consider having her and Victoria support you through at home training sessions. They are AMAZING!

Been working with Janice for a couple months. She is great with the dog and very professional. Results are positive, but our dog is taking it slow.

I’ve taken our pup Franky to these trainers since 8 weeks old. She’s now 4 months and I’m constantly told how good she is for her age. These trainers arm you with the tools to positively train your dog. We go to weekly group classes, puppy social hours, and just started once a week private training.I highly recommend everything they do. We can’t wait til she’s old enough to take agility classes.

I feel they are good people and trainers but should be more involved with the hyper dogs (JRT) she was way to eager to get to the other dogs wouldn't stay focused etc. So did nothing for me training at home was much easier

I am so grateful to Pawsitively Obedient, especially Vic and Janice. My dog is very anxious and Janice and Vic taught us so many useful tools to use in Reactive Rover to make our walks more enjoyable. We also did privates with Vic and it made all the difference. My Georgia LOVES Vic so much, it makes me so happy to see how excited she gets to see her. I can’t wait to continue to do training with Georgia at Pawsitively Obedient!!

I am so happy that I found Janice and PAWSitively Obedient! We worked hard, and she did have to alter some of the exercises due to Marty’s size but he is just such a gentleman now! He knows “place” and is invited to BBQs — no one worries that he is going to beg or steal food (and he could if he wanted to, he’s 175 lbs!) He walks on a leash with a normal collar - no prong, halti or harness!!! Janice gave my dog so much confidence that he has grown into a well-mannered dog that everyone loves being around. I won’t ever have the words to thank her, but if you want the best for your pet - I recommend this training! It’s a lot of work but the bond you’ll make working with your dog will make it worth it! Thanks for making a training plan that worked so well for me and Marty!

We brought our dog to Good Manners class with Jackie and she was great! The class was the perfect size and Jackie did a great job explaining behaviors and tips we can use at home and when we’re out. We definitely have seen a difference. Would recommend.

Paws-itively Obedient has been a fantastic experience for us! Puppy 1, 2 and Good Manners were taken with Kara and Vicky and they are superb. They provided us with a foundation to help us become the best dog owners we can be. We're back for a Sniff-It class to keep our pup's mind busy and sharp. Janice helped us with a home visit to refine some behaviors we only saw at home and was incredibly responsive. She emailed us a summary of what we went over, strategies and videos to review in addition to a check in to see how we were progressing. Training a puppy is work, and you feel completely supported with the team here.
