I am aware that due to the pandemic, in order to limit the time spent in the redemption center in the back, we have been asked to count our own bottles. I have no issue doing that, however being told by the worker down there that I am lying about the amount of bottles I brought in is ridiculous. He held up a bag of 16 oz bottles and said I lied about how many I brought in because my bags (which were filled with 8oz bottles) weren’t the same size as that one. My family and I have been coming here for years but clearly we should be reconsidering that in the future.

Earlier today, my mother was shopping at Muckey's while wearing a mask as she is immuno-compromised. She was verbally accosted by an employee for wearing a mask. This same employee did nothing to stop two customers from verbally accosting her while she was in the store. My family have been customers of Muckey's since we moved to Pembroke and will not be back. Horrible customer service all around, I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Dear KP (Gen'l Mgr). It has been two days since you reported that you were going to find a resolution to my wife being verbally accosted for choosing to wear a mask......for her and everyone's safety.....at your store. But we've heard nothing. Your lack of leadership on this matter is disturbing.

The guys in the back where we all take our cans and bottles stopped counting mine, and tries to tell me certain ones are not refundable when they've been refundable in the past. They just jiggle/shake the bag and give me a price of $1 or more without actually counting the stuff.
