It was simpler and easier then I expected. Joe greeted me at the door, listened to my needs, pulled out one of the mattresses I was interested in purchasing, for me to try. Once I realized it wasn't suitable for me, Joe took the time to show me a great deal on a floor model that was exactly what I needed. Gets delivered next week, and I'll come back and update on the actual quality of the product. For now, all I can say is Joe helped make the purchasing part pleasant and easy.
