Lisa C at the Pembroke location is a wonderful resource of knowledge. She listened to my questions and thoughtfully provided answers and solutions as well as additional resources. She also provided additional recommendations in the store I had not thought of.
She was so helpful on my first visit that I returned to the store later on to discuss her thoughts more. And I then ended up purchasing more items to help with my project. Her recommendations were spot on and I am so incredibly happy with my purchases and so thankful for her help.

I like the Kingston, MA Lowe’s preferably. On 6/6/2024 I returned a Kobalt Lawnmower per the owners manual phone number, Customer Service. All the store Customer Service employees I dealt with; a very sweet young lady whose name escapes me, Tom, and Jeff were very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. I will definitely return to this store again. Thank you to those employees for making the return a much less stressful process than I feared. Laughter IS the best medicine!?

Always under stocked. Website says they have things and you get to the store and they don't have it. They make you order it and then the delivery keeps getting pushed back. Guy at the pro desk has poor demeanor and clearly doesn't care. Used to buy alot of things at lowes as it's closer to me than other stores but lately it has gone downhill. Try home depot instead.

Do not get a Lowe’s pro card, ordered ladders over a months ago still not here and the guy Vinny at the pro desk has a terrible demeanor, attitude and has a terrible tone.Just go to Home Depot.

Today I went to Lowes Pembroke to purchase different paints for multiple projects. I was impressed with the customer service provided by Bob D'Amato. He went through each of the projects and made recommendations on type of paint and tools necessary to complete the job. Also alerted me that it was premature to do any exterior jobs, as the surface (not temperature) had to be above a certain level for the paint to cure properly. He couldn't have been kinder or more informative. Thanks Bob!
