“My friend and I went to Michael’s on Friday to get two canvases and as we were looking at the shelves discussing the prices Janice came over and gave us a 50% off coupon!! She said someone left it behind and I just thought it was so kind of her. I almost cried so give this woman a raise immediately!”
“The Michael's store located at 211 Colony Pl, Plymouth, MA , had a great variety of merchandise. I was able to find everything I came there to purchase. The check out situation is not the best. If you are paying with a credit , debit card, or a gift card. There are self checkout stations with short lines. If you are like me, and paying with a gift card balance, and cash. You have to wait a bit. Only one cashier was in charge of that check out counter. The wait was rather long, due to the line, and a customer who was being combative for no justified reason whatsoever. The cashier (employee) Bettina was very professional, kind, and dealt with the rude customer with the kind of patience I wish I had. I was very impressed by the way Bettina dealt with that situation. She was informative, knowledgeable, and was able to handle the situation in a very professional way. I noticed this and wanted to say something. I'm not one to write reviews , unless I notice something exceptional. Bettina's calm, kind, professional, attitude coming from someone working in a large chain store was a breath of fresh air.”
