STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I would go lower if I could! Absolutely terrible service! Went into my family van SMOKING (so now I have to air out my van) and was gone for maybe 5 minutes at most and told us it failed. Mind you he gave us papers saying it passed everything. Completely horrible! There is no way he actually did any kind of inspection, they should lose their license and I will be reporting them with those hopes!

One star is very generous! Went there for a inspection sticker, the owner grabbed my key from my hand, grunted something. A few minutes later after I passed and received my inspection sticker. He took my money and he said”You will soon need 2 front tires for your SH..BOX !”, while blowing cigarette smoke into my face. I thought I heard him incorrectly, but another customer confirmed he heard the same. My car is a 2017 Chevy Equinox with very low miles, one small nic on back door panel, the interior absolutely clean with no wear & tear. I will never return for gas or any other service. If you don’t want to smell like smoke the entire day, don’t go into the SH..BOX office!! The owner should not be in the service industry. So many other local gas stations that are clean, professional and gladly service you. STAY AWAY!

I called first before I went there for an inspection sticker. When I got there they said the guy that does inspections isn't there, "come back Monday". They open at 6:00am so I went there again for an inspection sticker at 7:15am. I was told they don't do inspections til 8:00am! I was then told my windows are tinted too dark and they probably couldn't give me a sticker anyway. I told him I got my last inspection sticker there without a problem. They're rude and useless! Never again!

Guy was an absolute grouch. Refused to help me fill up my tires. Said it was "out of order" but too lazy to go out and help me because it was raining. Don't recommended staff is rude and unhelpful.
