He taught us a dance called the snake dance and now every time me or my friends go in we always do it. He is great at making connections with the community. “I had to make an appointment for service because my IPhone was not working and doing all kinds of crazy things. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and directed to a table. Matt then came over to help me about 5-8 minutes later. Matt asked me some questions and began to figure out my problem. Matt explained everything he wanted to try and how the process was going to happen. It took a while but Matt was able to get my phone working perfectly within about 30 minutes. There was no charge as it was an Apple software problem. Matt is very knowledgeable and personable and is a credit to this Apple location.?”

“We have purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from GWT. The purchasing process has been grest with Sue Keith's guidance and advice. Delivery has been good, but when our refrigerator door came damaged the store was not there to support us. The manager Donna had attitude and we had to fight to get a replacement. We expected more when shopping a local family owned business.GWT reached out to us and made things right!We just purchased a new Webber gas grill for summer entertaining. Lots of models to choose from. After looking at the choices we went with a different model than our original choice and so glad that we did. The grill arrived today, fully assembled and they took our old rusty one away. Delivery was great and the delivery people even had great suggestions on where to place our new grill. So happy with another great purchase from team Toma!”
