I placed an order online through a third party app called MINUTE PHOTO (affiliated with CVS photo) for photos since there was a great promotion going on. I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of pictures due to the promo. (Was planning to make a few albums as gifts) But when I arrived to pick up the order the manager told me I could not use the promotion for whatever reason (it was not expired) and she was pretty adamant about it. I was very calm and she explained it had to do with it being a third party app. (We were going back and forth for 20 min about how we can fix this. I wasn’t paying over $200 for the photos as I do not h e the money which is why I was using the promo) The app and CVS should not be advertising this is they aren’t going to honor the promo…She said she could not do anything to help me. After I told her I’ll call corporate customer service and see if they can help with this issue…(this was later in the day so store was not busy) so I stepped aside and started calling corporate customer service. After about 30 seconds she told me to hang up and she will fix it and honor it…wow after all that??? She said the store “would take the loss” of the difference. I really do appreciate the fact that she ultimately honored the promo. But nobody should have to go through that much aggravation to pick up photos. We were on our way to VT to give the photos as a gift and I didn’t have time to do it again and come back or whatever…..just a hassle. Never again. I’ll go to Walgreens.

They constantly have different employees, so no one ever gets to know you anymore.
