From the start we knew this was a great company. The process was flawless and the expertise and knowledge was evident. Bob and Ernesto came out and in one hour changed our old, dangerous, fire place into something from Home Beautiful. This screen/door is hand made!!! A friend told me I should call them, I thought they probably wouldn't come this far because we live in Marlborough MA. I was wrong they set up an appointment, arrived on time, measured the fireplace for a glass enclosure and promised it wouldn't take too long. Only two weeks later they arrived to install the doors and we love them. The workmanship is awesome and just what we wanted. In this day and age it is so refreshing to have such a timely and wonderful job.

I dealt with Bob for years and he built custom screens for three houses. When one went bad he attempted a fix and when that didn't work he refused to return calls and walked away. Bummer, as he always did great work for us.

That place was amazing, not only did they have everything you could want for a fireplace, I also left with a better understanding of the history of hearths and fireplaces for heat and cooking. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive and some of the custom work I saw there was outstanding! I will be back there!
