Dr. Sneider and staff go above and beyond in their care of our pets. I couldn't ask for a better vet and have used Dr. Sneider since she opened her clinic. Holly & Andy, her Vet Techs, are kind, communicative and very helpful. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Vet Services

Poor communication. Their office staff caused confusion as to which office the appointment is in multiple times. Asked for an estimate in spaying our dog. Never got it. We then got a call we missed a preop appointment months later which we never agreed to. Either incompetent or simply not customer/pet centric in our opinion. No need for that. We went elsewhere.

Dr Sneider and her staff are the best! My dogs are excited to visit them!!! I always feel like they’re in great hands and are being treated like family. I fully and sincerely recommend Blue Ribbon Veterinary in Pembroke and Plymouth!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sneider and her staff!
Another vet (who shall remain nameless), was trusted with the International Health Certificates and messed them up, putting the wrong dates and such.
USDA/APHIS rejected it, of course, and we missed our flight on the 9th of December. Rescheduled the flight for the 30th of December. Got the dogs situated, and then the search began for a vet that could fit us in to do the proper IHCs.
We were in a bind, needed to get IHCs done for our ESA dogs to go with us as we relocate to the UK on the 30th of December. Dr. Sneider and the staff are brilliant! Not only did they get our ESAs in on short notice, but they are efficient, got the paperwork right and now the USDA/APHIS has approved the certificates! They also sent the now approved certificates off to London/Heathrow's Animal Reception Center for pre-approval!
Thank you all soooo much. Words cannot express how much it means to have all ducks in the proper order to relocate.
