We recently purchased a glass fireplace insert. Our sales rep Gabe was great. We had a slight issue with the door alignment but they sent someone out quickly and took care of the issue and now it looks great. We use them all the time for our regular cleanings. Everyone is very professional. Highly recommend.

I had them install a wood burning insert, Gabe was the salesman..he was knowledgeable and personable at least to my husband but turns out he ordered the wrong specs on the insert and my fireplace has a puddle in front if it everythime it rains and we had to purchase more granite and a full coverage cap to make the fireplace look professional because it looked like a hack job after spending over $12k I thought they would at least cover my expenses for making it look more professional since there was a gap about 4 inches from the wall..very unsatisfied..don't waste your money here better off going somewhere else. Complete incompetence in every aspect including their customer service and scheduling issues. Totally unsatisfied

I called to have my woodstove repaired, specifically to have the glass door gasket replaced. The guy did not even have a gasket kit,he said he was not told by the office to bring one and did not have one in his truck.I had a kit, so he used it and replaced a very small piece of the gasket that was visibly torn instead of replacing the entire old gasket the right way. He even managed to mess that up and got gasket glue all over my stove door in the process. ( see photos)I was told they specialized in my brand of wood stove so I waited over 2 months for this appointment.He cleaned the woodstove, (I had vacuumed it out before he arrived),he cleaned the stove pipe (it also was cleaned prior to his arrival) and that was it, 20 minutes and $325.00 later he was gone.I will never use this Company again.

Curt Ludlow was fantastic from selecting our gas fireplace and electric fireplace.He visited our house to communicate with the contractor regarding the framing of the fireplaces. His guys came out to install the fireplace and gas vent. Mattdid a great job installing both fireplaces. He carefully placed the logs, cleaned the glass and patiently showed us how to use the remotes. Both fireplaces look great! We can’t say enough regarding the constant communication throughout the process from initial framing to final installation!Services: Fireplace installations

Overall experience was good and have gone with them for all subsequent work after getting burned by Chimney Chap. Communication with sales could use some work but otherwise very satisfied with the whole process. Competent and friendly professionals when it came to installation. Jeff and his crew are second to none.

They came to my home for a repair, $200 and needed to order a part then return. After 14 days, I called and they could not find my paperwork. I have since had to find another company to do the work.

I would say if you are interested in this brand of fireplace, maybe look to other brands where you have more options of service. With this brand only their technicians can help you and they are booked wayyyyy far out. We bought a house with a Jotul and now have limited options. It was not working correctly and had to book 3 months out, to have someone come to our house, look at it without really doing anything and tell us nothing is wrong with it when we explained the constant issues of it turning off. $150 for that visit, only 1 week later and we are having issues with the Pilot lighting and fireplace staying on. He said it was because we have too long of a vent. okay, then why did you install it in a house where it would not work? Very Frustrated.

Very poor customer service, requested a pile of information from me and then went dark. Fine if you're too busy or uninterested in the work, but not OK to waste a customer's time.

customer service is terrible! I purchased a wood burning insert 2015 and have had nothing but problems! Performance (leaking cold air when not in use, Pouring smoke when in use) Aesthetics (problems with the finish now has surface rust all over) Installation (Missing technician unprofessional) Customer support (when I attempted to address issues I was quickly shut down and when I became frustrated I was threatened to "come on down" by some kind of thug) I don't understand how I was challenged in this manner, it was a bizarre phone call. I spent over $5000. and couldn't get any help after the sale was final! no one ever addressed my concerns only challenged to some kind of Duel

Had then come out to my house and quote us a pellet stove. The gentleman doing the quote was fantastic. The sales person was awful. Called on 17 different occasions no call backs, no responses to my emails. I guess they didn't want my $7500 worth of business.Giving 2 stars because the guying doing the estimate was great.Service: Fireplace installations
