“North Amherst Motors did an outstanding job with my car. Accidents happen and of course it’s never what anyone wants to have to deal with, but North Amherst made the entire process so smooth! They work with many insurance companies and are familiar with the process, so they worked well with my appraiser and adjuster. As for their work, my car looks like new! They also cleaned it all up inside, paying great attention to detail. One unfortunate piece of this experience was that a part was on back order, but the team kept in touch and updated me throughout while I waited for my car to be finished. I drive a Honda and North Amherst Motors is Honda certified. That’s how I found them. My car is practically a computer, but they knew their stuff when it came to calibrating everything once my car was put back together. I will definitely recommend North Amherst Motors to everyone looking for auto body work, no matter what make of car they drive. Thank you, North Amherst Motors!!!”

“I have had David in my phone for the last 4 Years and had to use him this month to figure out what was wrong with my classic 900 turbo. Ended up not being a big issue and he looked the car over and made some other repair recommendations which I had him do. If you have any Saab that has issues please get over to him to fix!!!! “A friend recently referred me to Martin and I brought him an old (2005) Dodge/Mercedes sprinter van that I'm converting into a camper. I knew there were lots of issues going into the repair (brakes, rust, brake lines/hoses, tires, etc. etc.) Martin took the time to thoroughly inspect the van and provided fair estimates for his work. The parts seemed reasonable relative to online prices and his labor costs seemed very fair. We had a delay on some tires that I had ordered online - and then had to re-order because I got the wrong size. He was patient with me even when the van spent several days up on one of his lifts. “While they could not help me repair my windshield, they offered an insightful explanation as to why (Big business crushing small competition). They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable and immediately pointed me to the shop that could provide the service at a reasonable cost. While my car doesn't need immediate work, when it does, I'm bringing it to Marshall Steinbeck Collision because of this interaction. It shows that there are still some small business owners out there trying to get by, and they do so by being honest, cordial, and professional. If I could give more than five stars, I would!”

“While traveling in our class C motorhome and towing our bass boar we stopped in Amherst for gas. I noticed one of the dual wheels was flat. I tried to blow it up but tge valve stem was leaking. We found out that Amherst tire was not far away. We pulled in and they were very kind men. They fixed the tire in no time. This was the best breakdown I ever had. I highly recommend them. They could have charged a fortune because we were at thier mercy. The bill was so cheap that I gave them tip to buy coffee for the crew. Great guys!”

“Parenting teenagers is a whole dofferent ballgame. Was in bed at 10:30. Almost ready to fall asleep and had to get up and go all the way to Monson from Belchertown to pick up my daughter at her boyfriends. As we were pulling out of her boyfriend’s, My calls asking me to come to him quickly. He was at a friends in Granby, his suv parked on the side of their street (not a high traffic street I don’t think). Some drunk a$&hole in a truck comes barreling down the road, smashes in to his suv, totaling it!! Then precedes to go off the road almost hitting a near by house, tearing up their yard and destroying a tree…and still taking off! Fingers crossed the police see a license plate on one of the neighborhood houses bell cams. Someone had to have one hopefully! The Granby cop was really nice and helpful, as was the young tow truck driver from Mark’s Garage who went above and beyond. While I am beyond stressed out right now…I am so incredibly grateful that my son and his friends were safely in the house and not near the vehicle. He is pretty bummed, he really loved his suv. He’s always giving his friends rides and has even pulled a few people out of ditches or snow. Hopefully we can get him something he loves as much.”
