I recently visited Zales, and I was impressed by the wide selection of beautiful jewelry they offer. Always a great experience at Zales with Laila who never sends hubby in wrong direction. Came in for inspection and cleaning and she’s always chipper and professional! Madison cleaned as she was busy and again a delight. Manager chatted as well David and very pleasent!!! Thank you Zales

I had an awesome experience last weekend at the Peabody location. Justin was so welcoming and attentive. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect ring. He delivered excellent customer service with genuine knowledge and had a very kind demeanor. I would definitely go to him again with any of my jewelry needs.

We stopped into Zales tonight and had to send my wife’s ring out to be resized, but thankfully the warranty was purchased with the ring and having the warranty definitely made things hassle-free. Justin is who we worked with and we were very pleased with his customer service and knowledge of all of the repair policies, inventory etc… Zales will always be our go-to store, especially the one in north shore mall!

The team is kind and welcoming, especially Justin. He helped my fiancé and I pick out the perfect ring and I couldn’t be happier. He even helped my mom find a new ring after she had lost hers. Love the jewelry so much I came back to get a dainty rose gold chain and pendant. P.S. I definitely recommend getting warranties for worry free wear ?
