“This is our favorite place to shop for mattresses. We’ve been here twice, and both times were great. Their prices are comparable to other furniture stores. But more importantly, the shopping experience was easy and pleasant.
The Macy’s sales agents never pressured us or used any hard-sell tactics. They introduced themselves, offered a few recommendations, and then gave us space to browse and try out mattresses at our own pace. They only checked in occasionally (maybe every 10 minutes) to see if we had any questions, which we really appreciated.”

“I just want to give a shout out to the two young ladies working in the Peabody shop last night (10/1/21). I went in with my daughter looking for some new items. I grabbed a bunch of items and was greeted warmly and had my items placed in the dressing room. I took my time. I was asked a few times if I needed any assistance. When I checked out I was treated so nicely and even reopened my account. I headed to the door with purchase to find the 2nd associate unlocking the door. To my surprise they closed at 6 pm. I had NO idea. It was 6:45. Not once did they tell me they were closed or tried to rush me. It was a Friday night and I assumed they were open later. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant. And please accept my sincerest apologies for being so oblivious.”

“While like most, I have a very busy schedule. But with that, I had to take some time out to do a shout out to Windsor workers Ally and Allegra. I just left Windsor at the Northshore mall. Today is Wednesday and I'm looking for a prom dress for my daughter for this Friday. Given that, one can understand my stress. There was a store full of people giving it is prom season and with only these two young ladies working, they still managed to meet our every need. Great work ladies!”

She has suggested that I try things on that I would have walked past—and they’re my favorites! Recently had an outfit emergency and needed something fast for my daughters baby shower—Denise was amazing (and my daughter loved the outfit which was a plus!)”

“I only give Aerie a 4-star review because I really like their products. However- their staff and prices are highly dissatisfactory. I've been shopping at Aerie for about 11 years now and I spend a good amount of money there per year despite their high prices. I worked there about 4 years ago while finishing college and I ended lasting a few weeks before the staff attitudes became too much. The turnover rate is high and most of the girls are rude and not outgoing at all. I say "most" because there are some who work there currently who are very friendly and helpful. I hate to be the type of person to complain but I went in there today during a lunch break and was the only customer in the store. The cashier was writing something on a clipboard when I brought my items up and said a friendly "hi." She didn't even look at me, did not say hi at all and dramatically pushed her clipboard to the side to indicate that my being there was annoying I am assuming. She said nothing to me the entire transaction (which is fine but just to show how unfriendly she was) and when the transaction was complete, I said thank you (regardless of what I wanted to say) and she once again didn't even look at me or respond.I get it- I've worked retail and I've even worked in the same store/ same location. Retail can be a drag. But you still have to be courteous. Even after I quit working there a while ago, I never complained, never wrote any reviews and even continued to be a (very) loyal customer. But today just got to me- I spend a lot of money in Aerie and a ton at American Eagle. I think they might want to invest in training their employees a little better or hire some who are capable of properly interacting with people.”

“One of the few stores with small size clothing for skinny people. Suitable for those with BMI ~16-23. Although the size chart have gotten bigger in the past few years, the price mostly stayed the same.This specific store is rather small. It does not carry many selections (no men’s tie, but LOTS of socks).The staff was patient with me. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed.Many clothings on the shelf were not well organized. I understand that it’s hard to maintain in a busy location.”

Not only did they get my daughter the dress she really wanted for prom, but they also had it shipped to us in less than a week. Other stores were telling me they couldn’t get it until after prom.
