Felipe was honest, reliable and professional !! He is so knowledgeable and talented making me feel comfortable immediately looking at the work he was currently doing in his shop. He transformed my scuffed matte black Lexus wheels into brand new shiny glossy black ones. They were immaculately painted and all for an affordable price. The quality of the talent is priceless don’t look any further if you need rims repaired. There is a reason why so high end cars are serviced there! Great job Repair Specialist… I’ll always recommend you!!

These guys did great on repairing the scratches on my rim, when it comes to fixing my bent rim not so much. They fixed the bend but didn’t do a correct balance. When I went back they told me that nothing was wrong and that my tire was messed up. So I brought it to where I bought my tire and shocking nothing was wrong with my 1 month old tire but the balance was completely off. The man who we spoke to was very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to clients. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Asked him to use my tire and wheel warranty, and he said they don't call the warranty company, and the warranty company said the place we took it to should be the one to contact them and they send the wheel and rims warranty money threw a credit card payment so they get the money send straight to them and the estimate was for $1,000.00 and we have a $200.00 deductible to pay and the warranty company should pay the rest it's an MVP after market warranty for rims through dodge dealership that I paid about $2,500.00 for so I would like to use it but now I have to bring it to Kelly Jeep and Chrysler. I contacted York Ford since the warranty place gave me their info as in the computer system, and they were very unprofessional and said they only do Ford's and then he hung up and said he would have a guy Jeff contact us but never did. Would not bring my vehicle to York Ford in Saugus

5/5 very satisfied. I've dropped off a badly bent and scratched up Cadillac rim after hitting a deep pothole on rt128 and these guys did a great job fixing it. Renato is an Honest man and stood by his work; the color was a little difficult to match and at first the rim came out a bit too dark, but the owner had me come back and repainted it again, and it came out Perfect. I am very satisfied with their work and appreciate their honesty. Be patient; these guys are very busy but when you do good work like them, you will get a LOT of business.
Will come back again if I ever need wheel repair as well as point others in their direction . Excellent Service and the secretary in the office was very pleasant as well.

My review is based on pricing being very high! Thank god I called around to other places (with a 4 star rating) he quoted me 250$ a rim for minor scratches, I found 175$ per rim at rimshine (5 stars) I think this places prices are unreasonable.

Brought my 2016 Lexus IS300 F sport for wheel repair and I was very happy with the finished work and turnaround. Idk what’s up the reviews but I had no issues. They said 3-4 days it was done in 2, color match is damn near spot on considering they are trying to match a factory color. Thank you so much

Not professional at all , made apointment and went ti the appointment and they turned me away saying they were to busy, so why did they book me in. Dont go there guys and girls. And by the end of the week there are 50 more people who are going to tell theee negative experiance with them, so trust me yall.

Rafael; the hero of the day! His guidance was top notch, outside of his incredible understanding and willingness to help, he helped navigate me through the rough waters that's tire protection. Without him I would have had a terrible experience. On top of this, they did an amazing job on both my tires and rims. Couldn't be happier with the experience over all! It was 1 hour before they closed in Friday and they were backed up with work. I told the owner I was a travelling service provider and really needed to keep rolling. He understood my urgent needs and took great care of me right then.What a great place.I couldn't have been happier!Thanks
