Worst Pharmacy in the State. Staff are rude, incompetent, and don't know how to read a calendar, simply counting days since they last filled a prescription! I had 28 days of medication, yet they won't fill the next refill until 30 days have passed! I'm new to Peabody, so I have a new Dr. and chose Walgreens for my new Pharmacy. Worst decision I ever made! I'll be using CVS Pharmacy from now on! ? DO NOT USE WALGREENS. ? IF ENOUGH PEOPLE STOP USING THEM they will definitely notice, and maybe start treating customers better!!! Stand your ground! You're worth it! We all deserve to be respected, and treated like human beings!

The manager and 2 of his employees made a jokes about someone that didn't speak English which I believe that wasn't nice at all and he was just trying to buy formula. RUDE PEOPLE

This Pharmacy is the worst! Stuff is rude and don’t care about costumers! I was waiting on my prescription, and they told me they needed a doctor’s note to release it!. I called my doctor 4 times and she insisted she sent the note, but they kept saying she didn’t. My doctor is upset and so am I!Ps: I miss the dark hair lady that used to work there, she could speak spanish and she used to wear a bandana and a nose ring. I wish I knew her name! She was so kind and patience with ppl.

Worst customer service.I normally wait patiently in line but I was on a rush today. I asked for assistance on the other cash register. The manager, got so upset because of it and started arguing and talk laud with me on front of everybody else. No professionalism and also so rude for no reason.

There is literally only one pharmacist i go an see. She's smart kind and to the point. All the others either have no clue what's going on or are just RUDE. Dark hair lady that always wears a Bonet is the best lady.

Ira the pharmacy lady provided the best customer service I have had in my lifetime. She went above and beyond filling my scrip just before they closed within a minute AND provided a discount to me without me even asking or needing one.
