This is by far the absolute WORST Walgreens I have ever been too as far as having to use a pharmacy goes. I've used many without issues and moved north of Boston and started using this one. If you don't make it before closing on Friday you're out of luck until Monday at 9am (yes, 9am because kids these days don't want to work) then they'll send text saying you're prescription's are ready for pick up and you'll get there and nothing is actually ready. I'm pulling all my prescriptions from this dump. Have a good day.

products are not a great selection. bad lighting and weird vibes imo. would not recommend shopping here.

It is hard to call into this store. My photo card order was finished much later than promised when ordered from the Walgreens web site, and it took a long time on wait to finally speak with someone about it. For photo services, I'd consider another option.

Trying to check on a prescription Their phone lines have been down for 5 days. No way to communicate with them. No one answers. I'll never use that location again. Disgusted!!

Is it OK Walgreens that we walked into while we were in Salem Massachusetts visiting all the sites and scenery. We walked in got a few snacks use the restroom the shelves are kind of empty and there wasn't a whole Lotta help but I got the job done done

I visit this store often and I have NEVER had any problems. I print my pictures online and then pick them up. They are always ready on time. I was there picking up some prescriptions for the kiddo and the pharmacist was super nice and attentive. Not only did she explained step by step how to give the medicine to my son but she also took the time to call the dr because she felt he gave my son a dose not recommended for kids. That's going the extra mile. The store it's clean and organized. So far, the employees are nice. I do have to say, the pharmacy department it's understaffed. There was one talking to me, other on the phone while 2 cars waited outside on the drive thru. Other than that, no complaints.

Easy to you found the pharmacy. After that, when you are foreigner, not easy to understand how it's working..and after to explain your problem and to found the right medicine for you and thst they are aload to sell to you. Anyway, people very nice. It's easy to park and you can see from the road.
