Chris and Andrew were SUPER helpful when I went in to switch providers from Boost. Boost was giving me the run-around when I asked to have my number ported. Chris and Andrew got it done! I was never pressured to purchase add-ons and EVERYTHING was fully explained to me so I could understand and make a clear choice. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Sometimes it is who you work with that makes the experience - Wallace is a good man, very knowledgeable and made switching to a new phone a breeze! Typical Verizon store otherwise, clean and neat. Plenty of parking in front of and around the store on Rte 114 in Danvers...

i spent 15 hours on the phone with verizon customer service wasting my time troubleshooting my phone and sean worked with me for over an hour to get it done. he was assertive with customer care (who previously were beyond unhelpful) and tried everything and never gave up. i genuinely always feel like customer service does not care about us at all and just go through the motions but sean and ramy, the store manager, were the opposite. phenomenal customer care from this store. cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely the very worst sales person I have ever met in my life. He did not listen to what I was saying, he made assumptions, talk down to me etc absolutely arrogant and contradicted me at every turn. He was despicable and so is this store.

I pay roughly $100 per month for what Verizon advertises as "high speed internet". When I called to report slow speeds, and to find out if there was an outage, I was given the runaround for 3 weeks, until a customer service rep told me that 1 megabyte per second was all my entire are was rated to receive. WHILE WRITING THIS REVIEW my internet connection has cut out twice. Verizon is a scam artist, and if I could sue for misrepresentation of services, I would.

Wallace lied about promotion. Had me come back three times just So I can speak with a manager who had been hiding in the back. Finally she told me he misled me but mentioned she noticed I had been back 3 times. Once because they said they were too busy. Incompetence top down.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Ever. I have been talking to a Verizon Agent online all morning to get a new phone, as my last one broke and I need a phone to work and stay in touch with my partner, who is currently long-distance. They set me up, had me purchase the phone, paid all the upfront fees, and let me know that I should be able to walk in and pick up the phone at any point today, even though I was not the primary account holder. When I got there, though, and stated that I was here to pick up a phone I ordered, a bigger guy with glasses and a dark beard informed me that I couldn't. According to him, he needed the primary account holder to be in the store. I asked why, explained that I was told I could just pick it up. All he would say was "it's a corporate location." in a pedantic and belittling tone of voice. Thanks, that really clears things up. I asked if I could just call her on the phone — he said no, "because we're a corporate location." The other location I had been to had no problem with that, and I sincerely see no reason why being "corporate" would make that a problem. If anything, I would assume that because you're corporate, you would easily be able to check the order number (which I had with me), or the last 4 digits or expiration date on the card used to make the purchase (my card), or confirm that I was, in fact, calling the account holder by confirming the phone number that I type in, is hers. But no, they're a corporate location, which only means that it's staffed by the most incompetent and least helpful staff that could possibly be scrounged up from the gutters they smell like they bathe in.I was very obviously getting frustrated with this absolute lack of customer service. I expressed that I would not be able to come back to replace my phone until Saturday, then, because my account holder — like, presumably, most — is entirely unavailable during this store's terrible hours during the week. He just smiled and shook his head and told me "That's okay." I have never met a man who could read people so poorly. Once I get my phone I am never coming back to this location, and I suggest you do the same, unless you like talking to neanderthals.Seriously. Hire someone with any basic capacity to communicate. I highly recommend it.

Verizon Wireless provides the WORST customer service there is. I've been trying to change my business account to a personal account for over three months. Tonight I was supposed to receive a call back from a manager at 7:30. I called back to be disconnected prior to 8PM when they're supposed to be open until. My recommendation is Xfinity Mobile. They use Verizon towers, but have much better service.
