We needed to get a rush on a passport renewal. Robin was so helpful! She provided guidance and patiently walked us through each step. Thank you, Robin, your customer service skills made this a great experience and put our minds at ease.

Rude and lazy. I went in to drop off a package and all the workers were gathered around talking and didn’t even greet me. They treated me like an inconvenience. Tax money should go to hiring better workers and not that ancient hag at the counter.

Short stuffed all the time.We just waited 30 minutes until we got the 2nd cashier and then the first one went to have lunch when the line was up to the doors.Also, the girls in front of us took that 30 minutes to pick stamps ( which would be ok if the didn’t start yelling at other people when the lady said “ this wait is ridiculous “ which was true.

The people who work here suck at communicating things correctly. One person says one thing about just being able to walk in to apply for a passport then another says something totally different.

On Friday, January 12, 2024, Gaurab— the employee who waited on us at the Peabody Postoffice– could not have been more helpful. I had 11 family calendars to mail to kids and grandkids scattered throughout the country He carefully checked each address and found important corrections, never losing patience or his smile during this time-consuming process.

I understand being short staff, i work in an environment that often needs more people, but this is how everything is in this moment. The rudeness by the workers in this post office is a choice! I would suggest a little training on how to be polite and helpful to the customer who are in need.

This is the most unhappy post office I’ve ever been in. I was the only customer today and I asked for tape. The employee literally turned around and walked away. When he came back, he then took someone who had just walked in. Again, I asked about tape. He looked at me and said sorry… we don’t allow taping here. We aren’t allowed to give you tape, walked away again. I only had to tape the label on, my package was already in a sealed envelope and ready to go. I just didn’t have tape at my house. I again said can I have 2 pieces, I’ll give you money for it. Nope… he then said we sell some on the rack but it’s sold out (mind you he was rude and had an attitude the entire time) and walked away again!!!!! I ended up finding a roll of tape and purchasing it for 3.99, for 3 pieces of tape. The employee was young and able bodied. At anytime he could’ve been more helpful and quite frankly nice. I understand it’s probably a thankless job, but being unreceptive and downright rude to customers is not the way to go. May he have the day he deserves!! Will never use this post office again!

Appalled by customer service in my visit. Once lady who I'm assuming was a manager was walking around frantically and was asking customers to complain to postal service about them being short staffed. She then barely listened to my question before she said there's nothing I can do for you. Rmv told me they were holding my mail.

Needed to renew passport. Got to the office and to find out it can only be appointments only. I asked the lady since no one was there if she could just start the process. And Nop we stayed for about 20 minutes waiting to ache one online and no one had come in. She literally could have done the renewal. That to be is bad customer service!
