I frequent this store and always have a great experience. Quick returns and almost never a line. Multiple associates to get people in and out the door. Everyone is friendly from the older associates to the younger folks. Plus they’re open Sundays!! Thanks all.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE ZERO STARS I WOULD’VE, ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT! These idiots simply refused a 12x8 express mail package FOR NO REASON AT ALL! Also even if you have a phone number setup in your my choice account they won’t bother to call you either to pick up your package. Another tip is if you’re having express mail from a 3rd party change the settings to home. DO NOT USE THIS STORE USE A CVS OR ANY OTHER ACCESS POINT! Will be filing a corporate complaint against this store!

Great concept if the employees could actually have any training about the knowledge of their own shipping policies along with federal and state regulations also, but it pretty much seems like all those important details are I guess must be up to you "The Customer" to already know everything yourself in the first place. I'm just saying a little bit of training could really make a huge difference with the employees customer service skills at this in person UPS store

The bald guy that works here is extremely rude! I went once and he was rude but I thought maybe he was having a bad day so I went back and again, he was rude. Do not go here unless you want to be mistreated and talked down to. Believe every negative review you see about this place and that man. Shame they won’t get rid of him.

The bald guy at the front counter has an attitude right off the bat. Very unhelpful. Don’t go in here forgetting your label, even if it’s UPS’ fault for foregoing to print out a label. They wouldn’t want to be bothered. I would not go back here for anything.
