Do not go to this place! I asked for gel X nails. The extensions were not properly cured and the set was not fitted correctly therefore nails started to lift and fall off not even a week later. I was told I would not be charged if something went wrong and went back. the idiot working would not fix the nails and was fine with letting me walk around with missing nails. Absolutely horrendous customer service considering what I paid, and lousy reputation. BEWARE THIS PLACE!!!!Service: Nail art

I received the worst manicure I have ever gotten from Top's Nails. I actually had to take the polish off myself and go again to another salon to get my nails done. Very disappointing.

I hate to complain but hopefully this will help the establishment do better. I got a gel manicure, the reason I get gel is cause I don’t have to worry about it drying and it stays in longer. I got my manicure about 6 hours ago. And I currently have paint oozing out of my nails from bubbles popping, there was paint on my skin around my nails I noticed shortly after I left, I didn’t feel like wasting more time. Never experienced this before, it looks like a 5 year old did them. Also the woman doing my nails was more concerned with answering her text messages the majority of the time- unprofessional with one customer in the place.

I've always got the best treatment here at Top nails, their work is excellent, they take their time, absolutely do not rush and the quality of their work is above and beyond. The pedicures are to die for, the massage will remove all your stress and you will leave feeling like family. All for a fair price! Thank you Vanna and Staff! I appreciate you all.

High quality massage. I have been to chiropractors all around the north shore. This massage unlocked back pain I have carried for a long time. If you think you are too strong for this you are wrong. Take Vanna on. She is school trained and will step on your back. I always feared stepping into the wrong place and being put into an uncomfortable position. Vanna is very professional and communicative. Repeat customer.

THE OWNER OVER CHARGED ME. I WENT THERE ON TUESDAY NOVEMEBER 8, 2022., WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER. AFTER WE BOTH HAD A PEDICURE THE OWNER ASKED IF I WOULD BE PAYING CASH OR CARD? I SAID IT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH IT IS. SHE INDICATED IF I PAID CASH THERE WAS A SAVINGS. SHE THEN SAID $50.00. i PUT THE MONEY ON THE COUNTER WITH TIP AND SHE THEN SAID IT'S $80.00. i PAID THE $80.00 PLUS TIP AND LEFT. i THEN HAD A FRIEND CALL FOR THE PRICING OF A REGULAR PEDICURE. THE OWNER QUOTED $35.00. SO AT THE VERY LEAST THE PRICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN $70.00 PLUS TIP. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND THE OWNER GAVE ME THIS BULL STORY OF HOW SHE ADDED A $5.00 TREATMENT TO EACH OF OUR PEDICURES!!! FIRST OFF THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT ASKING!!! I TOLD HER THAT THIS WAS WRONG AND SHE OVER CHARGED ME. SHE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE IRS AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! SHE'S A SCAM ARTISTS. SHE OWES ME $20.00 REFUND. THERE WAS NO SAVINGS JUST RIPPED ME OFF!!! WHEN SHE MAILS ME BACK THE REFUND SHE OWES ME I MIGHT CONSIDER CHANGING THIS POST!!Service: Pedicure

I’m not sure what happened to the quality of service, has always been my go to nail spot, but I was so disappointed with the job that was done, felt the need to share. Went in for a French gel manicure and almost two hrs later was not happy with the end results. An amateur manicure to say the least. I would of asked to have them redone but it was late and I just wanted out. They were nice but unfortunately we’re not paying for just the hospitality. Needless to say I won’t be going back.Service: Manicure

They were friendly, but the price was just too much. I don't think I will ever go back there. I may change my mind, but with all honesty, the price was a joke.Not to be rude, but the nails weren't shaped well. The nail bed was out of shape. I was just not happy. The color was beautiful but the work was not satisfying. Again, the customer service was ok, the Receptionist was so nice. They were all welcoming, but too expensive.
