Went to try and return an item I purchased and was told it was final sale red ticketed items are final sale. Look at the rack and there are no visible signs of this policy. So this is my first time shopping at this retail establishment. Apparently this will be my last time shopping here. This is obviously deceptive business practice. Not even an exchange. I really don’t understand how companies can deceive customers. Shame on you Tilly. I’ll file a complaint with the BBB. This is sad!

Recently went in to buy my daughter a back pack for the school year. Nice selection of quality merchandise. A staff member named Ana and another person at the register, were friendly, professional and helpful! Great experience. Left with a smiling teen!

ATTENTION ALL TILLYS SHOPPERS: 8/5/21 around noontime, a simple yes or no question was asked to an employee who was wearing a green hoodie. The question was answered in a condescending manner, and immediately after, she used her walkie-talkie to mock us to her friend who was standing basically on the other side of us. Yes, we heard you. (Please take the walkie-talkies away from the children who work there, their god complex is showing). Folding clothes is SOOOOO hard, I get it, and to be asked yes or no questions must be SOOOO distracting from the heavily demanding task.When we returned later on, she neglected to answer any further questions we had and beelined to the other side of the store to try to grab a parcel of clothing from the top of the wall.Please hire more agreeable employees who can handle both folding clothes AND answering simple questions.

This is the second time I've been in and the girls at the check out and on the floor are the RUDEST girls. Their attitude blows my mind. Never stepping foot in this store again.

Went there on black friday and had an okay experience, but one of the shirts I bought did not fit me well so i went back to return. The second I walked through the door I heard this girl with blue hair walkie to her coworker to watch me and my boyfriend. When the girl did not walkie back she went over to and started whispering in her ear while staring directly at us. I also work in retail so I understand they want to avoid people shopping lifting but they made me feel awful. I was planning to buy another sweater while I was in store but this made just want to leave. Please teach your employees to at least attempt to be subtle about these things. This single experience ruined this tillys for me. Will truly never return to this store.

Good store but the staff is always rude and condescending. I placed an order online for store pickup, two days later I still hadn't gotten an email that the order was ready. When I showed up to the store the associate had to pull it from the rack because no one bothered to fulfill the order.
For sure hire better people.
