I took a ride to The North Face with my son to do an exchange. They have some really awesome clothes and a good selection on sale for an additional 30% off. The staff were awesome & super friendly, they kept me company while he shopped! They even gave him the free beanie deal! He bought me a North Face tote bag for my vacation (I wanted the beanie ?)!

Little expensive but you get quality material and "warranty" type deal on items. The employee (Jennifer) that helped me was very polite and helpful

Horrible experience. Stood in line for nearly an hour to return gloves that the stitching was busted , which I bought earlier from the north face in Boston . Paul who took the return could care less . No apology, no nothing . Of course that store has no inventory so we couldn't exchange them . His response was " they didn't make enough " every employee in the store was miserable . Not going back .

I had to grab a present for my sister about ten minutes before closing. I knew exactly what i wanted and was heading to the section. It was 6:53 and they close at 7:00pm! The lady at the register rudely said “sorry girls were closed”. And then asked the other fo worker to go shut the doors. They don’t close for another seven minutes. There was one person at the register and others were still browsing around. I wouldn’t mind but the doors were wide open. I felt rudely shoved out the door, and have to intentions of returning. I wasn’t just a kid going in to look around then leave, I had a purpose of being there and intentions of making a purchase. Very rude.
