Charlene in the office is very friendly and efficient. John and crew definitely know what they are doing and were a pleasure to work with. They’ve done some major work on our chimney and we’ve been very pleased.

We have a unique chimney that leaked for over 60 years. We had worked with three different companies to repair it over the years and John and his crew were the only ones to successfully stop the leak. They are knowledgable and professional- true experts. When another house in our family had a leaky chimney, I knew I had to call Charlene and she sent John out with his crew within the week. Highly recommend! Charlene informed us of what to expect and cost prior to work commencing. Jack and Chris Arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, we're very courteous and conscientious, put drop clothes down everywhere where they were working and kept me apprised of progress. Jack provided excellent advise on maintenance of stove and chimney. He clearly knows his trade! Very pleased with overall process beginning to end plus Jack Charlene and Chris are great people!

My experience started off on the positive side, and then went downhill from there. I made an appointment for my chimneys to be inspected and possibly cleaned. The owner came in, and right away he told me that they don’t like to work with condo owners, as it’s too much hassle. However, they did agree to write me up an estimate. The owner did let me know they were very busy, but after several weeks I had not heard from them or gotten a proposal. I was promised turnaround of one week. I texted the company asking if maybe they had sent it and I did not receive it, and I got a very short reply, that they were still working on it. Another week went by, without a response. I texted again. No response. The next day I texted one more time. No response. I’m sorry, but in business, customer service is the most important aspect, and this company is seriously lacking it. I then got a scathing email, from the owner, basically saying I lacked patience and professionalism. I have worked with several other Masons in the area, and I recommend staying far away from this company. Extremely rude and unprofessional.Service: Chimney inspections

John really knows his stuff and he put the safety of my family over a quick sweep job. He explained why my chimney would not be safe to use and detailed how it can be improved. Many companies would have swept it and pocketed the money. A craftsman and a man of honor.

These folks are on the ball and probably prevented us from having a chimney fire. We were barely using our fireplace because we had a warm wall on the second floor during fires and smoke in the house after every fire. Also the house got very cold due to loss of heat up the chimney.They rebuilt the brick at the back of the chimney so it would throw heat better , cleaned and lined the chimney and placed a rain cap. They explained every aspect about how our fireplace works and how they would fix it when we asked questions. They explained about how they would place a compound over the steps of brick at the beginning of the chimney ( there is a technical word for that ) to prevent smoke from rolling out. Amazing!!Now when we have a fire it draws perfectly and heats the whole living room. We don’t seem to lose as much heat in the house either.
