I’ve never experienced so many things go wrong. Multiple items were ordered incorrectly, all 3 vanities were the wrong color, the shower door was the wrong size etc. After repeating attempts to contact them I am still waiting on a refund from months ago.

I usually don't write reviews, but I have been so pleased and impressed with EVERYONE I've dealt with at Peabody Supply that I truly wanted to write a review. I am in the middle of a major bathroom remodel, acting as my own general contractor (never again!) and I have had to rely heavily on guidance from my plumber and staff at plumbing supply companies in my search for product. Peabody Supply is hands-down, the best company I have dealt with. I give them 5 stars for customer service, knowledge, quality, and price. Heather Reed in the Peabody location is a true pro and has been a delight to work with. The same can be said about Nick Lowery in the Kinston office. In fact, other staff that I talked to briefly by phone or in person have been great. From this day forward, they are my one and only plumbing supply source.

I worked with Heather Reed in the Peabody Showroom to purchase kitchen and bath fixtures for my two-family home, which is going through renovation after a fire. She quickly understood my needs and style preferences, and through her extensive product knowledge was able to steer me to choices that were a good value -- good quality, attractive, and reasonably-priced. She cheerfully updated the quote a few times, e.g., after researching and helping me choose kitchen sinks that were more in line with my budget than the original. She also did not get defensive when I let her know I was making some comparisons with online sources. I felt very confident in my selections after working with Heather.

A little confusing to find the correct entrance, but this is located almost at the end of the alley on the left side in the wider entrance corner with the newer warehouse.

I had a wonderful experience working with Nichole from beginning to end. Her assistance in the process of upgrading my Powder Room took all the stress away. I would not hesitate to return when I do my Master Bathroom.

Something is wrong with the management at this place- I was charged twice for a single purchase, and when I asked to be credited for the overcharge I was continuously put off, being told the problem would resolve itself eventually. After repeated calls I finally got the salesman to agree to issue a credit. But when I checked my credit card statement I saw that they had actually charged me a third time! Unbelievable! I also asked the CC company to look into this for me but they have not been able to get a response from the company. It’s unclear how or if I will ever get my money back. I don’t even know what to try next since they are obviously incapable of correctly processing a routine CC transaction. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another plumbing supply place to deal with.

My husband and I went to this store because we are currently remodeling our bathroom. We went on a Saturday morning and it took quite a while before anyone approached us. With a rushed attitude, a woman named Anne Delucia asked us if we needed help. We said we were looking for vanities with a shallow depth because our guest bathroom is small. She said okay and kind of walked away. I proceeded to follow her and ask about the vanities in the store. At which point, she stated that the vanities there are not from China like the ones at Wayfair. She said they were american made and expensive. We said okay and that we'd like to take a look. She then further stated that we must be in the wrong place, that we must be confused and most likely meant to go to a different bathroom supply store in Peabody that had cheaper vanities. We said no and that we were in the right place. We continued to ask about the vanities and stated that cost isn't an issue. She continued to state the high cost of their vanities and directed us to another store. We then realized what she was doing and asked her why she was sending us to another place. She didn't answer and didn't apologize. We left by saying that they just lost our business. My husband and I have never been treated in such a manner at a store. I felt this review needed to be written to inform others of the discrimination we experienced at this store by this woman.

Great place to get a great deal for quality products. The staff there are helpful and assisted us in picking out a new vanity and mirror for our newly renovated bathroom. Quality is great, Service was great and the price was right!

Always very friendly! And you always bump into someone you haven't seen in awhile! And they usually have the part you need! Just like the old zolotas hardware store used to!
