Cannot stand that everytime I come to this branch to use either the drive up ATM or the one inside it is ALWAYS DOWN!! That's a problem and I would think someone would work looking into why that is. There is also 1 teller in there that is a little rude. Not very friendly and has RBF. You're in customer service learn how to look and be a little friendlier, or get a new job!

I have never been a member of a bank that allows its ATM to be out of service as much as this location. I chose this bank because of its convenient location. A choice that I see was a mistake

This is the worst Branch I have ever dealt with my father-in-law has been doing business with this bank for 30 years he sends since moved come in to change the address with him they said you're all set the address change never went through we would have checked from them till over a month to get them with five phone calls have not received a monthly statement and over 6 months and they say he has to come in to change the address which is what we did on March 19th this bank is totally inadequate I also think the one-star rating I gave them was too high but you had to give him something so you can post a review beware of this branch

I’m still inside TD bank while writing this review.I have a business account here, i needed to pay the rent for my business. I walked in and the line was huge. I spotted this guy (I’m not sure but I guess he is the manager his name is Steve) sitting on his office on the right hand side and asked for his help ( He was was not busy, just using his phone) . He told me I had to wait in line. So I did. He could’ve helped me but just didn’t wanted to. Maybe because I have an accent and had work clothes on? That’s the impression I had. I’m not coming back to this location on Lowell Street anymore. The woman who helped me also treated me with an attitude. What’s wrong with this people? They treat you like you’re not welcome here! I never had a problem on other locations before, I usually go to TD in South Peabody or the one on Cross street and never was treated like this.Very poor costumer service at this location.

I have been using this bank for many many years. Always greeted questions answered fast sometimes there may be about 3-5 minute wait overall I give TD BANK. 6 stars oh what am I thinking it goes from 1-5 so 5 stats it is if it went up to 10 I would of said 10

Don't really know what the other review is on about. The tellers there are extremely friendly, and really care that you understand everything. I go there once in a while and I have never had a bad experience. They even offered me some chocolate one time. I went out of my way to write this review because it definitely does not deserve the one star review it received. Great people who really care.

This has got to be the worst bank around. Tellers are unfriendly, customer service reps do not call you back. The bank manager is rude. Don't bother calling the toll free customer service number, they will yes you to death and do nothing. On more than one occasion I have had them refuse to process my transaction through the drive up window. Why have a drive thru if you don't want to handle most transactions via the drive up window? Where is it posted that the drive up is limited to only some transactions? I have found that it all depends on who is on duty and what mood they are in. Furthermore, they act like they are being bothered when you arrive at the window. This bank claims to be customer friendly but they are not. They can keep there free pens, lollipops and dog cookies; this doesn't make them a customer service friendly bank. I would rather they focus on better servicing their customers. TD has long asked me to move my business banking from Bank of America over to TD. They will have a cold day in hell and will be waiting a long time if they ever think I will move any of my business accounts over. Today was the 5th time I have had a negative experience with them. I am done with TD!

All staff here at the West Peabody Mass location were amazingly nice. I worked with Renee Marshall & Kelly Morris directly they went above and beyond to help me out today Renee stayed about an hour later than scheduled to make sure she took every step to resolve my issue. Thats what you call above and beyond customer service !!! Thank you ladies very much I truly appreciate you both. Happy holidays 😆
