They cared about me and my car, which is rare and worked with my insurance. They clearly explain everything they are doing and are a wonderful family owned business with excellent service and experience! They make a stressful time less so. Thank you all and Jay for caring about my car as much as me and explaining every cost and step in the process. I will only go here to get my car repaired, if I need to in the future.

I just picked up my Mazda after it had been in a multicar accident. It looks brand new both inside and out! Their work is absolutely amazing. Jay was awesome at communicating with both myself and the insurance adjuster, making things a ton less stressful for me. 10/10 will definitely be recommending this shop to any and all who need auto work!

Had some self-inflicted damage on my 2015 Nissan Frontier and brought it to Tanner City. Estimate was clear and comprehensive. Jay was very willing to work with me on using a replacement tailgate that I found on eBay. Also worked seamlessly with the insurance adjuster for the part of the repair that I submitted under coverage. Picked the truck up last Friday and it looks great. The repairs are perfect and the truck was clean, inside and out; much appreciated. I would highly recommend Tanner City Auto Body.
