I do not recommend going to this store (at least not the lower level one).The team members I worked with had no idea what they were doing and have cost me hours of my time to try and fix their mistakes. I went to the mall with my friend and they called me out while I was walking down the hall asking what carrier I had and telling me to switch. I said no and that I was paying off my phone still but they said they would pay off the rest of my phone, give me a new phone and told me the price of the plan so I switched. After some shipping issues with the phone, I had to go back to the store for them to tell me they made a mistake and I would either have to pay off the rest of my phone (almost $500) or be charged ~$16 more per month.. I was livid. They convinced me to join my friend's plan and laid out the bill and all the costs.. supposedly. Since then I've spent hours on the phone and in chats with customer care over numerous occasions of things they didn't tell us or told us we didn't have to worry about or pay for. They gave us misinformation on a number of things (like costs, fees, cancelling my original plan, telling me we could get a discount on our plan because im a teacher but then I couldn't, etc.) and it has been more of a hassle than anything. Customer care has been super helpful throughout all of this but I 100% do not recommend going to this store. Not to mentioned I literally spent a total of at least 4 hours in the store over 2 days because they couldn't figure stuff out and the whole time they just kept trying to pitch other items. They care more about the sales than doing things right and giving correct information.

I recommend that everyone should go see Sophie @ this location. Purchasing a new device is always a process, Sophie made it easy. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and honest! She made sure all my questions were answered and I left happy. Thank you!!

Outstanding customer service by Miguel Javier at the Northshore Mall T-mobile store. He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to seamlessly transfer all my old phone info/data to my new phone. No issues!! Thank you for such a great experience Miguel!!!

If I could give more than five stars I would!! Raune and Sophie are absolutely amazing!!! They went way above and beyond for me. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough!! I went into the store on Friday March 10th on my way to NH on vacation. My iPhone 12 completely died. I couldn’t turn it on at all. I had not backed it up to my iCloud and I had photos on that phone of my dad who recently passed away. The girls knew how much those photos meant to me. They worked tirelessly on that phone and did not give up. I left the store Friday with a new phone but the girls continued tirelessly and never gave up on the old phone to help recover my photos. I stopped by the store on Sunday the 12th to my delight both girls working. Sophie and Raune were able to restore the phone to get it up and running and recover the photos of my dad for me. Lots of happy tears!! You girls are the best and went above and beyond to me. I will always be so thankful to these girls!!

After spending three hours on the phone with T-Mobile, getting told 4 different things, they finally told us that they could not help us and we had to go into a store. We went to T-Mobile in the north shore mall (lower). There, we had the pleasure of working with Xio. She apologized for the long wait time, and took us even though they were closing soon. Xio say with us and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. She got us the best deal we could get. Xio stayed with us 1 hour PAST the time they closed. After having such a bad experience over the phone, Xio was a breathe of fresh air. She was friendly, personable, and really makes sure her customers are getting what they need and more. I will only be going to this T-Mobile from now on solely because of Xio.
