I went there because my transmission lines were leaking. They had the car for a few days. When I got it back every seemed fine until my RPMs were going crazy and my engine was smoking. They put one container of transmission fluid back in (didn't fill it) so it took it to another mechanic and he put in another 3 quarters of fluid in. I went back to Sunoco and told them they ruined my transmission and one mechanic shrugged his shoulders and said I'd need a new one and denied damaging it. Never going back there!!

Disgusting how fast they were to rip off my grandmother, she went there because her tire pressure light was on. Left being quoted 400 dollars for rear breaks, luckily she called me because I usually bring her car in for maintenance so THIS doesn't happen and I had her bring it to a local shop that I know and they confirmed her rear breaks were perfectly fine. You people make me sick, we all need to make a living I get that but do not rip off the older generation who don't need actual work done. TRUSTWORTHY SHOPS EARN LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

This place is a rip off!! This is the second time I've been here and once again, the second of two of the worst experiences I've ever had from an auto service station. Brought my car in to check out my power steering and ended up having them perform "a tune up" that was unauthorized, and charging me to the tune of $500 for it. Stay away!!!

The worst experience I have had getting an inspection sticker! I went to get a sticker, told the guy my car starter was not working and tripped the check engine light . The car comes out of the bay with a rejection sticker. A car starter has nothing to do with the state inspection. I drove home and the light went off, so I turned around to go back for them to do it again. He refused !!! Saying I have to drive it 100 miles before he does it again. I left and called several different mechanics who said that was a lie. I went back, 2 days later, having burned over 100 unneeded miles and finally got my sticker. The place is a joke and horrible customer service by lying to me about driving 100 miles to do the inspection again, STAY AWAY!!!!

I've been going there for years. They are an honest outfit. If they give me a price I can be pretty sure its a fair one. One time I came in thinking I needed a $300+ repair and expected them to replace something. They charged me something like $10 to replace a minor part. It's nice to know you can go to a place and feel like your not going to be taken advantage of. Update: I still trust them not to rip you off, however it seems like when the younger guy works on my car things don't get done properly. For instance, one time I brought the car in to have 3 things done. Only 2 of them were done. On another occasion I was told I needed a new transmission. I took it to the dealer and it ended up being a wheel bearing. It seems like every time the younger guy has my car he misdiagnoses or doesn't bother doing the work. He even "fixed" a loose heat shield but did it improperly and I had to have it done by someone else. So... while I still trust them not to rip me off, I don't trust the ability of some of the people working there now. Try to get Antoine himself or one of the older guys and you'll probably be fine.
