My experience at the Peabody office has been fast and efficient each visit. The staff and nurses and X-ray techs are pleasant and reassuring. Dr Prokopis is knowledgeable and very comforting with the procedures and timeline. The PA,s are great also. The cast room staff are great at perfecting cast application. The entire experience has been positive and the office works like a well oiled machine. Thank you to all.

Some of the Docs are GREAT! But the people who answer the phone are a whole other story! They cut you off, don't even listen to what you have to say, and see very bothered by the phone call. I work in healthcare too so I get it patients can be tough, but don't sit there and make a patient feel like they don't matter and their worries and pain aren't relevant.

Doctors at Sports medicine North at A-1 Doctors. But Aministration is a different story… they try to make you think you’re crazy and they think they’re better than the patients I would go in for an appointment and they will tell me all your appointments not until tomorrow and they did this to me many times thinking that I was crazy until I finally bought their appointment card in was told I didn’t have an appointment I showed them the appointment card and what they said was oh we must’ve rearrange the schedule and never contacted you and they did that many many many times.. and then when the management had something to say to me they didn’t pull me aside in private they did in the middle of the waiting room which was embarrassing and unprofessional the doctors a great but I would not recommend sports medicine to anyone just because of the administration They r not professional and they have no morals ethics or feelings for any of the patients

Dr Fehnel is the best, he has worked on both my shoulders and it could not have gone better, all the staff has been great, but especially the surgical and post op staff are beyond expectations. I am very thankful!

Dr Fehnel and the staff at SMN at excellent. I have full, pain free range of motion and strength with my complete holder replacement. Wonderful experience.

I brought my young child in for care recently. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and patient with us. They worked efficiently and kept us informed of everything we needed to do & expect going forward, while making themselves completely available to us. It was such a wonderful experience for such an awful circumstance. Thank you!

I came here a few months ago for clicking and tightness in my sacrum/ hips after being referred by my pcp. The orthopedic here spent less than 5 minutes with me, said it was normal, and blew me off. I called complaining and asked for a new doctor for a second eval but they wouldn’t waive the $40 for the first one. Months later I’m at physical therapy for my knees, and I bring up the pain to my PT. He said there definitely was a problem with my sacrum and hip flexors after he did a full assessment. I’d never, ever come here again. Negligent doctors.

Dr. Kaya shah is terrible she said she could not help me aftwr 6 months Of injections I had to beg her to get another MRI and once I did, she said that she was very concerned about my results and sent me to a neurosurgeon. I was telling her that for six months, so she better hope it’s nothing serious that I cannot come back from.

Recently had hip replacement surgery. This was one of the best experiences I have had health wise. Dr O’Flynn was great. I was up and walking right away. Very grateful to have had such a positive experience.Thank you.

I got a referral here from Beverly Hospital and had to wait two weeks for my appointment with Dr. Ozuna. The day of my appointment he cancels on me and I was told they cannot reschedule me for another two weeks. Four weeks of waiting to see this Dr. is ridiculous. The secretary was very short tempered and did not take my concerns of this seriously at all. Very disappointed about this facility and I haven’t even had a chance to attend. Will NOT recommend.

I've had nothing but excellent care here with two past surgeries and various smaller orthopedic issues.It can be difficult to schedule and appointment but that's the only downside, otherwise I highly recommend them.

This review was originally a 2 as a result of an unnecessary extremely long wait due to the under training of the front office staff. I edited it to a 5. Why? Because Robert Spang, MD is the man! He reached out personally to apologize for the ridiculous wait and to check in on my son after our initial visit. My son plays highly competitive international level rugby. Dr. Spang built a rapport with my son as he himself played rugby in Scotland. My son has complete trust in Dr. Spang. He’s a very special medical doctor.

Usually late to appt's (30 Mins) and will randomly substitute a PA for your appointment. I generally want to see the person I made an appointment with, I think it is unprofessional to just send a random person in. There is nothing wrong with rescheduling or letting your patients know you are running late.

Sports Medicine North, Peabody location was a disappointment. The minute you walk in you feel like you’re at a hospitals emergency room. Many people unhappily waiting, gloomy waiting rooms, unhappy office staff. Although I was treated respectively there was no time spent asking personal questions about my injury. I was billed much over what I feel is reasonable for one appointment.I went to a different place in the area and was treated better and worked with to help heal my injuries. I suggest anyone looking for personalized care to look at other places.
