This was my worst experience at sephora they were literally following me around like I'm in front of a mirror trying on makeup and 5 different people kept coming up to me and literally looking at what I have and moving me out of the way then 1 lady tells me I can't use the testers like what then I said I'm using my own brushes I brought she's like your not allowed 2? Also yet again a makeup with a bunch of older women that don't wear makeup or know anything about makeup why work at a makeup store then? They made me so uncomfortable I left within 10 min yet I waited all day to go couldn't wait I love sephora they need new staff. One girl was nice she was younger. I will not be going back!

Had a very bad experience with an employee named Shauna from this location. Very dismissive, she needs an attitude check.

Aylin did a great job getting to know me & makeup needs, she treated me like we were friends & did not push any products on us beginners. I really appreciated that. & At checkout, Jasmine did an awesome job as well.

My trans friend went here and was told she looked like a freak. Not a welcoming and inclusive place like it’s advertised. Go to ulta instead.

I go here all the time, almost every other weekend. I went in yesterday and was doing a return, the lady who checked me out was very nice. Her fellow employee next to her was so rude and it was disgusting how she acted. She had said to the women checking me out “are those useable” thinking she was talking about my return I said no they are a return. And she said to me very rude and aggressive that she wasn’t talking about that or to me and that she sees me here all the time. I said don’t talk to me like that, you being rude, obviously I’m here often because I’m a customer and spend a lot of money here. She said “I’m not being rude, we can look on the cameras.” And she argued back for about 6 minutes until my aunt came in. I don’t know her name but she’s Hispanic, overweight and in her mid to late 30s. When I’m a 20 year old customer and she’s twice me age and should know better. She always has nasty look on her face. Clearly she was having a bad day or miserable with her life but that’s not my problem and i was very nice. I shouldn’t have to deal with her nasty and childish behavior over a small misunderstanding. I would NEVER talk to a staff member like this ever. Ended up reporting her for her behavior. She obviously needs to be talked to by her boss. Makes me not want to spend my money here when treated badly by a staff member. Fortunately everyone else is very nice and she’s the only bad one

Was asked to step aside from the register after waiting so an associate could score on a sale. Rude service, and did not mention my birthday gift.

The girls here today need some training!!! Usually when going into a Sephora I have multiple employees asking if they can help me or point me in the right direction. Today I walked around the store for about 15 minutes and could not find one person to help me, even though there were multiple employees on the floor. They were all either doing their own make up, on their cell phones or turning away when I would make eye contact with them. I ended up finding what I needed on my own, then went to checkout where the woman did not say hello to me or ask if I wanted to use my points. Management get involved please.

My 2 friends and I once had quite a bad experience in a different sephora, but this one was definitely different. One of the workers, Wendy, who checked us out was the sweetest, kindest, most humorous worker we’ve ever dealt with. Truly amazing service.

They might as well fire all the employees and let people do their own matching. No one in this store is ever skilled at matching. I left with 3-4 samples of foundation, none of them are remotely close to being a Match. I despise shopping for make up because it’s like shopping in pitch dark! The professionals don’t know Jack squat and we didn’t go to cosmetology school lol it’s very frustrating. I threw all the samples out. The girl who helped me was super sweet which I cannot say about my many other experiences there.UPDATE: went in again to try and get matched. The girl who was helping me, was not friendly. Her make up also looked horrible on her. Sorry to say. She took 5 minutes and gave up trying to match me after she tried two colors: one too dark and too pale. When I told her the color was too pale, she said it is because I have to contour. I was color matching on my neck. So I would have to contour entire neck as well as my face? THE COLOR IS TOO PALE, it is simply TOO PALE. No amount of countoring is going to fix that. After I told her I don’t use contour and not going to buy another 5 products to create that “look”, she gave up and that was that.I have been trying to find a March for make up for YEARS. Sephora has always been useless and continues to be. The worst experiences trying to find “matches”. I live off samples because I have yet to walk into ONE store where someone is skilled. The one star remains.
