Jackie and Chelsea helped me out today. Jackie answered all of my questions with professionalism and care, helping me to get the right kind of dye for my hair, and provided me with a great recommendation for a hair masque to increase the longevity of my dye job. Jackie was also very thorough with informing me of the properties of the specific product I was purchasing. Chelsea was very helpful with informing me of how the dye might apply to my hair, and what upkeep may look like, which is very important when considering dying virgin hair.Overall, the store was very organized, easily accessible, and clean. These two were nothing but kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. They were both excited to help me, and deserve the utmost praise. Very very kind, wonderful people.

8/24/23Great customer service! My mom and I went there today and we met Dalvyn *sorry if I’m spelling their name wrong* and they are absolutely amazing! Very polite and helpful! They deserve a raise or promotion in my opinion! Very awesome!

Store hours on google say 7pm every day. Get to the store and the hours say 6pm

Online and on their door says open till 8pm we got there at 6:50 pm and the store was closed a little disappointing because I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Sally’s

I have been here before, and I like that the staff is not always bothering you while browsing, but I ordered from their 2 hour free delivery with a $35+ purchase promo today, and was highly impressed. I made an order and it came 45 min later from this location. The delivery person had to call 3 times because I didn't recognize the number, so they made sure I received it. I needed a few items and since I saw their 2 hour delivery, I figured why not try it out? I think this process is great and I definitely recommend it over Amazon. I received most of what I was looking for, not everything was in stock, and although the items are a bit smaller when you're not in the store to check them out, it saved me the unnecessary trip there and back.

Just got here and it's open, it's only 3:19pm and there's a note on the door that says "if door is locked, be right back!" are people not at their job? I'm a little confused. Standing in the cold right now.

All the stars i am giving here for inventory. Everything I have walked-in in the Peabody, location it always have quirky set of girls who lack professionalism. It manifests in many ways such as being chatty with thier partners while helping you or checking out your products at the register. Also one of the times the associate told me very assertively that they no longer carry a specific product while I was looking in the aisle, the product was right there on the shelf just behind her!!! The other associate that was just chatting with her pointed it out!! Hilarious! My advice is to be proactive here and don't expect help from the associates!

I tried to stop in before work on Friday, October 2 around 3 and there was a handwritten sign on the door that said "Back at 4". Unless there is an emergency, very unprofessional. There is not another store in the area.

It's Wednesday afternoon 5/19 around 12 noon and I show up to grab a couple of things and door is locked. Lights are on and hours are clearly posted that they should be open. UPS delivery arrives and knocks on glass and older woman comes to door says thanks to the UPS driver and tells me, "Sorry, we're closed." No other explanation, like please come back in an hour or tomorrow, just we're closed. Unprofessional. I'm surprised they can stay open. I'll be going to Boston Beauty or Salon Centric wirh my business from now on.
